did great first few times using it... after a week app will not open. screen comes up like it wants to but nothing. uninstalled and reinstalled. worked once and now nothing again. big hassle going online all the time and have to re-enter all my information every time. might as well just go to the store.
I downloaded the app with the hope of not having to go into the store for a single bag of dog food during this time. Every time I would try to check out, the screen would just white out. Big disappointment. The only positive of the site is the location for the products so when I can go shopping again, I can easily find things.
Great shopping tool. Easily find what I need, make a list and complete purchase, then drive through to pick it up. So helpful for those of us with limited mobility. There is also a shipping and a local delivery option.
Would be really helpful if the notification flag actually went away once a notification was read. I currently have 10 "new" notifications and I have read all 10. Might as well not have the flag at all. Edit 9/30/19- 28 new notifications today-1 for each item that is now a members special. How about 1 that says there are now some new specials available. Without a "mark all as read" feature, this is a real pita.
Stopped to see about buying tires. Whated half a hour for them to answer the phone. Called customer service complained about no answer, informed them explained disability, needed someone to come out and get the tire size as I didn't know it. I didn't expect to have put on yesterday but would have made an appointment. A tech came out finally and said they didn't have time to put them on they were very busy. He didn't even get me reply, he just turned and walked away. Very poor customer service.
The only thing gets me I went to order for 7.99 and the shipping charge was 7.99 I know that's ridiculous. Can't afford that. That's more than going to get it from the local grocery store.
They offer items at low prices when no one else has that item. Superior fast careful shipping.
Terrible customer service, do not shop. "Best price promise" is false, it's an in store only thing despite being advertised everywhere online. UNINSTALLING
Aside from its inability to exit cleanly back to home screen, it works great.
Love the app, but as of today it lags and won't let you check out under your account. Hopefully they fix this issue soon.
app is very easy to use and very helpful i can find anything im looking for and i love the store thay carry everything im looking for i love how it's a family owned company still after 50 years and if u ask a question thay answer it very quickly
It said you get $5 off your purchase when you download the app. I downloaded it and now you have to spend $50 to get $5 off when you install the app! SCAM!
Error message saying no internet connection and to call customer service. I dont want to call anyone, i shouldn't have to call anyone! Fix this and i will change rating accordingly.

When opening the app. It just errors/crashes/OOPS! Something went wrong.
I called 11-29-21 to check on my order #18950625. The female that answered the phone was a TOTAL BI*CH, I asked her to repeat something because her phone was making a buzzing noise & she got all "Huffey" & Bitchy....I just hung up !! This is my first time dealing with these people & will be the Last, they need a lot of grown ups in their "Customer Service" !!!!
difficult to navigate doesn't accept my newly created password and wont let me add the physical card
I just made an online oder with my laptop, but will not let me get into my account on my cell. I have reward points I can't even scan when I pick up my orders.
when I try to open the recently updated app, it just freezes.
Doesn't work, Says no internet connection even when connected to wifi.
Will not show any automotive tires. It will show ATV, trailer, farm tires... but not automotive.

If your on a VPN connection, this app won't work. You get a generic error message "oops, looks like there's a problem with the app. Call customer service if the problem persists." I called them and they thought the app was under construction, but I figured out on my own that it was my VPN connection that automatically turns on with my device. When the app is working, its seems to work well.
