Can get it to connect to wifi...but the app won't connect to dash cam..bogus will be returning it to store...to bad it has a good camera

I can't open or download any of the vids on my phone. Gives the loading icon and just sits there making me close the app to exit.

This app crashes
How people can develop a product that doesn't work and still retain employment is beyond comprehension. Installed app, connected to camera and it doesn't "connect". Uninstalled app and reinstalled again, same - same on friend's phone. If I failed once in my career at this magnitude, I would be lucky to be a Walmart greeter.
