Bad experience....after I missed one payment I got lockout of the application and I could not make a payment. They send me a email saying to go to the website and make a payment, I wad lockout too. Fees was getting acumulate and they report me to the credit companys. No other choice just to close the account to avoid more fees. Feels like a scam... Two weeks later I'm still try to pay the whole balance and they choices in the phone dont allow you to speak to a person. Fees still acumulating.....
The app would be better if it didn't make you send an email to yourself EVERY time you log in. I use my password and/or fingerprint but every time it makes me get an email with a verification code to log in. And my device has never changed. Once I'm in it is good and gives me all the important details but getting in is annoying!!
This app is fast and easy to use. It's nice and simple which is so hard to find these days. No glitches,crashes or downtime ,at least I never ran into any since I opened the account which I believe was approximately 4years ago. At the very beginning I did run into a problem just trying to open it and get started . But once everything was completed it's been a pleasure to use. Thanks Blaze Mastercard keep up the good work!!!
Having migrated from an iPhone to a Note 10+, this app is sorely lacking without biometric authentication. Sure, the app can do everything I need it to do, but without fingerprint access I may as well just go to the Blaze website. I can log in with fingerprint on my iPhone & iPad, so why not now? Integration with Samsung Pass is an absolute MUST in this day and age.
Absolutely rediculous that it will not allow me to make a payment the day before it is due if it is after 5pm ct. Continually gives an error message until you select the due date. I should be able to make a payment whenever I choose. I should not be forced to schedule it for the payment due date.
I gave it 5 stars because it is easy to use and fingerprint login. The only thing that I do not like about it, and this is true of their website as well, you are limited to two ACH payments a month and the first one has to be for the minimum payment. It would be perfect if one could make weekly payments.
Love it! The organization, ease of account access and navigation of the application is great. I love that I can pay my bill right on the app and see all my pending and posted transactions in one place. I can update my profile too!
I've read a few reviews that were negative. Don't believe them. I've had no issues with blaze one bit. Always smooth sailingand have had a bump up in credit. A few reviews i read stating they hate the card because they won't give a credit boost, well i have 2 things to say to them. Pay your bill on time and pay more than the minimum required
After doing the required update to my app, when I logged back in to my account to make my payment, my checking account information had been wiped out. I couldn't make my payment until I got home from work. So dang frustrating! Why is the information cleared out. My luck I will be charged a late fee on top of all of this!
Can't get any text notifications, I keep pressing text on notifications page and they keep going away. Everytime I log in to check why I'm not getting texts, they are not highlighted! Very annoying! Had to pay a late fee!
It's a welcomed feature to now have the mobile app. It has room for improvement. The words and numbers are jumbled together. Please consider adding fingerprint verification login in the near future
Just absolutely wonderful app! Easy to access, easy to understand, easy to navigate & can pretty much do anything that you might need/want to do with account in a breeze! Thanx & keep up the great work y'all!
This app works the way it's supposed to it never get stuck and never resets I'm very happy with it especially with banking there's no headaches on this app.. I have enough worries in the last thing I want to worry about is my banking app thank you blaze MasterCard good job on the app
On the app, part of the screen overlaps the other and it's hard to read. Very frustrating.

I really like how straightforward the information on the app is, though I would really appreciate if there was the capability to have a fingerprint log in for easy access
Have to click repeatedly to make payment. Feels like a purposeful plan, so sometimes you don't make your payment when you think you did
I am appalled at how this company does business. Their mobile app is misleading. I requested termination of the account on 10/14 and merely asked for a paper with closing balance to pay off and discontinue the account. They are building up intrest charges while not closing the card as requested. I RECCOMEND TO NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!
This App is well prepared, easy to follow steps in your search for what you desire. Only ☆Down Side☆, BLAZE Does Not give you an Advance Notice of withdrawing the yearly Subscription Fee and this causes Problems with your account and delinquent funds.
Horrible. You create a password and then it never recognizes it. Constantly telling you wrong password. I click reset. Reset it. I write it down and then type my BRAND NEW password and it says it's incorrect. Waste of time. Straight annoying.
I love using the app to pay my bills. You can opt in for a text message payment due reminder. It's easy to navigate and simple. Great card.
When you use the mobile app, you have to put in a code that they email you. When you go check your email on your phone, it takes you right back at the log in and you cant get past it! I uninstalled it. If this is going to be the case everytime I want to use the app, then its useless. Apps are so much easier to use and make payments with! Why would you make it difficult to use??

Well I'm really happy with blaze card. Except when I try to log in to make a payment you send me a code and I get it . When I try to put my code in, it has me start all over and it is the wrong passcode. After 2 or 3 times of this I'm done. Just send it in a text.
The App is very cumbersome and outdated. But it beats sitting on hold for 20 minutes to try and pay your bill with someone who can barely understand English
Missing some important things, very simple and basic. Check your balance, make a payment-Big deal.
The app is good but it's their payment policy. I have never had a credit card that limits how many time you can make a payment. Apparently they set a limit and ut you want to make a payment after that limit they have you call in and then charge you $3.95 . This is the second card I found out does that and after reading the policy I still am unable to find that. I never seen a company not want money.
