Blaze: Obstacle Course is fun and educational! This game exposes preschoolers to STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) concepts and encourages exploration as they drive, swim, and fly through different locations. Children learn to overcome challenges and practice persistence through kid-friendly courses that invite them to collect flags, avoid obstacles and earn trophies with the help of their favorite Nick Jr. characters!
GAMEPLAY OPTION 1: Jungle Trek
Help Blaze navigate four environments: land, water surface, underwater, and air. Transform into awesome Monster Machines and use Blazing Speed to avoid Crusher’s contraptions on the way to the finish line!
• Explore multiple pre-k STEM concepts, including magnetism, trajectory, acceleration, friction, combustion and force.
• Experiment with 8 transformations, including a falcon, hang glider, rocket, hydrofoil, speedboat, shark, gorilla and laser.
• Engage with 20 course levels that progress in difficulty.
GAMEPLAY OPTION 2: Transformation Dash
Choose your favorite Blaze transformation and drive, swim, and fly as far as possible on a course without running into 3 obstacles.
• Learn about animal attributes and machines (e.g. fly in the air as a falcon or zoom through the air as a rocket)!
• Track progress by collecting as many flags as you can.
• Set new records and earn super power-ups to do even better in both gameplay options!

After paying for this app it will not open or load. The message instructs you to change app settings, but this is impossible without opening the app, which you cannot do! Shocking! I have a very upset child. Save your money and look for alternative app that does what it's supposed to.
For those who are stuck in the loading screen, just need to kill the app, add storage permission in the app info settings and then restart the game.
The game is stuck on the initial loading screen. For a game that costs money, this is a complete waste of money.

Love it for my son. My son loves the games on here.
Crashes every time before play starts. Tried about a dozen restarts. Tried clearing cache, soft reset. Installed on newer faster tablet. Still "loading" after 5 minutes. Waste of time trying. I thought Nickelodeon would be a guarantee of quality. HA! Wasted my money, got a very sad 4 year old. THANKS!
All stages are basically the same and there's no real penalty for hitting obstacles. The bad guy (Crusher) makes big machines to stop you, but these are just window dressing, get to the end of the level and Blaze automatically destroys them. You can transform into different machines yourself, but these are really just skins and don't affect gameplay.
