Blaze Pizza

This is a terrible app unless you only want to order your pizza for pickup. I enjoy eating my Blaze Pizza at the restaurant and interacting with those makin my pizza. I have tried more than a half dozen times to use the barcode reader at checkout to receive reward points. This process has never worked, not once! The staff then tell me to use the app and enter the receipt. Problem is, the app asks for the barcode at the bottom of the receipt but the receipt has no barcode number. Bottom line, great pizza, terrible app and execution from the company and it's local representatives. Maybe that's the point, they don't want to give out reward points?

Love Blaze!! First time ordering on the app.... pretty smooth process. Don't make the mistake of ordering your pizza through the app.... go in person. When I ordered my pizza on the app they gave me the bare minimum amounts of toppings and extras that I asked for. So when I've ordered in person, I can tell them much of each I want. The 11" pizza came to $16+ (with tax). There wasn't much there... felt ripped off.

So, I downloaded the app, and to create an account, I need a password that has lowercase, upper, number, and a "special character". It did not accept the password and wouldn't tell me anything else. After 10 minutes of trying, it turns out + ÷ = / . < and so on are NOT "special characters", only $ is, so I guess all passwords have a $ in them. After that, I ordered only to have AFTER ORDERING the app tell me to pick a later time. It would accept no times. Thanks for wasting my time, Blaze.

This app was updated a little while back and i wasn't able to log into my account and was locked out for weeks even when i tried resting my password. Over all the update is less useful. We can no longer scan bar codes on past receipts. The app can't recognize you are using the app and encourages you to download the app on blog post(home page). Over all I have had this app for well over 5 years and the experience has dramatically fallen.

The app used to work well before the redesign update. Now I cant log in and password reset doesn't send any emails at all. I cant even make a new account because my phone number is being used by my old one. It seems like the password reset issue has been around for a long time so I dont have high hopes of it ever being fixed.

After tonight, I'm done with Blaze. I don't care how good their pizza is, it's not worth this. Tonight: told the app I wanted to place a delivery order. Went to favorites to reorder something (which I've ONLY ever gotten via delivery). It had MY ADDRESS listed and had me add a 20% tip. But had apparently changed it to a pickup order, which I found out when I confirmed it. This app needs to be burned in a fire. And any company that puts out an app like this and doesn't fix it needs to fail.

App won't let me sign into my account. I even reset my password to double check it wasn't my error. Every fourth time I click Sign In the reCaptcha verification loads, and then nothing happens after I verify. The rest of the time nothing happens at all. Pretty useless app if I can't get into my account.

We ALL love this pizza! And that says a lot for a family that can never agree on where to eat. In fact, one of us doesn't even like pizza but they STILL love this place! The ingredients are always top notch and fresh tasting, there are so many unique options to choose from, and they've never, ever made a mistake on our orders. They are more than fair in their pricing considering the quality you get and it's a lot more healthy than your normal pizza choices. The app works great too.

It works 20% of the time, ordering doesn't work well. Supposedly there's a game and that's not updated. Had to Uninstall and reinstall just for the pi day reward. Very frustrated with the app

Hands down the very best pizza in the Brainerd/Baxter area. The owners have other franchises in the state and are top notch at all I've been to. They are also big into community support. My wife and I deliver for Door Dash so we've tried MANY restaurants in our area (not all yet, but a vast majority) and Blaze is by far our favorite!

this is a pretty good app. I like Blaze Pizza, and I enjoy picking up and bringing home the build your own. however, pickup is not very good and curbside is almost nonexistent. It's incredibly difficult. I hate to say it, but McDonald's has the best app and to pick up of any of the restaurants that I have in my mobile apps. they just make it incredibly easy. suggestions for improving the app would be saving previous meals to make them easy to reorder. Also, making curbside pickup a lot easier

Unable to log in or even reset password. App is up to date. Tried deleting & re-installing, still doesn't work. And right when I need the app for pi-day! Good job!

Wonderful. Cheaper than Grubhub+ and let's me make customizations. When I first downloaded this app they didn't have delivery, but since now they do, I plan on using this way more often. Easier than walking a mile.

The new update for 9/16/2021 is the worst kind of app update I have ever seen. Everything was harder to find. They remove the pay by app option. I was so embarassed trying to find my gift card in the app to pay,and coylsnt find it. I had to scramble to find cash to pay so that I didn't hold up the line. There was no warning that they were going to do such a dramatic change. I DONT UNDERSTAND HOW SOME PWOPLE ARE SAYUNG THIS IS A "GREAT" APP, AM I NOT GETTING THE SAME APP? HOW MUCH DO THEY PAY

Unable to log in like some of the other reviews have also stated. I tried to reset my password but it does nothing when I put in my password. I go through the captcha check but nothing happens. Still no response from "contact us" area of the app.

the app always works well, and is easy to use. plus I love the amount of free pizzas I've gotten just by using it! and being able to look at the special offers is great too! highly recommend

The redesign is great on nearly every level. However, because it reset the old account login I lost a lot of old points I had saved up. Not even a password reset or creation of a new account worked. Had to log in with Facebook instead. I don't know if this is an issue on the application or the website's part, but I almost had a free pizza and that's all gone. Very bad taste in my mouth for what I would otherwise give a 5 star rating.

No offense intended but calling your product a Meat Eater's pizza, but only offering two of your seven available meat selections, and no option to add more is someone's idea of a bad joke. Additionally, lack of customization options severely limits your choices (you can't add cheese or double up on toppings.) The national pizza chains are way ahead of you, but so are even local rivals like Social Pie. Reward goals are ridiculously high. It would take months or even YEARS to earn a free pizza.

Many of the app's most important features—such as the menu, placing direct orders, and retrieving coupons/offers or giftcards—are not very intuitive. And somehow the links within the email blasts do not directly link to the app. For instance, the last email promotion led me to the app's Google Store page instead of the actual app, leading me to write this review.

You should add a menu button without having to go thru the order screen. I just want to see what desserts you offer and I can't bc everything is making me place an order...which I cant bc it's later in the day.

The app is fine when it works. When it doesn't, options will just disappear and reappear at random. I thought that my store was just running out of certain toppings at first, then I saw the option to build my own pizza disappear; then large pizzas disappeared from the menu. On some occasions, the app will throw an error stating that the store is too busy. If it allows you to pick another time (not always the case) you might have to bump your delivery time up by several hours.

Won't allow me to log in or upgrade. I've had an account for ages but can no longer access it. I get an error after having reset my password and entering it correctly. I try to upgrade/migrate my account, which is another option, and I get a message saying my email has already being used. Obviously. It literally asks for the email that is subscribed to their emails. I'm seriously disappointed. This app used to be perfect.

"Please restart your app to use online ordering feature." I've continued to get this message anytime I want to order using the app. it technically makes the app completely worthless. I tried uninstalling, restarting my phone and downloading it again, yet I get the same message. There also is no extra customization feature. Also, when you scan the app to record points, it automatically deducts whatever points you have saved. Please fix all these inconsistencies!
