It works but everytime I exited the app, the configuration that I changed were reset so that's really annoying.
Very nice app... Iss there a way to save the settings and data on one phone be transferred to other? It would make it a replacement to real device :).

Kinda hard to use, but it's about the only (free) tool that does what it does, and it does work.
"unable to scan nearby advertising device(server)." Now i am able to scan in samsung phone. there is issue with motorola phone.
Amazing app. No need of fancy ui if you want the real raw bytes when you're testing.
Good for basic testing purposes but the usability is not great.

This is a great app. At my work we're developing a wireless data logger, and BLE Tool has been very helpful in testing.

All good but it extremely missing filters for scan (by name, by unknowns)
It works(finally!! after downloading countless others which are either buggy or does not support BLE)! Nicely done, kudos to the dev!
This app is great! It is the ONLY solution I have found that allows me to create a BLE server from my phone so that I can test my BLE client code. Only issue I see thus far is that I can't seem to write new values to the BLE server characteristic, but I could just be using it wrong. If this is an open source project, I would love to contribute!
