App fails to connect. Lights most of the time stay on and unable to shut off. There isn't a pairing guide. Very unhappy with these lights.

Connected But in "Mode" mode, i want to control contrast.( Brighter or darker) Like function in "wheel" mode. Please update. It's important function

This app is hard to navigate and doesn't work correctly.. green button turns them red .. red turns them blue and so on.. there no clear one place to get help. It would be helpful to have a tutorial on how to work things.

Works Great for me, I like the custom chasing pattern function it has, a lot of apps does have that. Only thing I would want to see in the future is a timer function if you are using this for home lights to turn them on and off automatically.

Bluetooth won't connect but here's a fix unplug your ground from the LED only for five min lights wouldn't shut off using my phone or connect to the bluetooth so to save my battery I disconnected the ground wire. My check engine light came on for a faulty connection so once I got to where I was going I was about to uninstall once I hooked the ground bk up the bluetooth popped up and they connected and I was able to turn them off. Not sure if this will work for you but it seemed to solve my issue

Worst app iv ever seen. Will not connect to the light bar or even give me any indication if anything is happening. There is no help service from what I can se. I bought your product. Now hold up your end of the deal.

Garbage. Works just long enough for you to go through work for 15 minutes if that then won't connect. Tried reinstalling app. Tried disconnected. Checked fuses everything is right and yet still won't connect now. They should be refunding product purchase price and my install time.

DO NOT waste your time with this app. Spent 5 hours installing LED headlights only to find out this app WILL NOT connect to my Bluetooth!! Will be getting my money back and buying it for a cheaper price and hopefully they will run without an aweful app. Instructions were terrible. If not for a YouTube video, we wouldn't even know how to install them.

This whole set up is the biggest scam ever. Do not buy this product. Lights run through a app that fails to connect at anytime. Renders your Lights useless. There is no customer service or anyone to talk to. I am highly disappointed

The bluetooth does not sync, instructions are terrible and no way to communicate with anyone to get a fix except on here.

Lights dont match app controls. I have 2 whips and when I click red my whips turn green. I click purple and they are teal. I click blue and one whip is blue and the other is red. And so on. Very frustrating.

Can't select custom colors for animations, can't set animation brightness. App is an overall nightmare.

horrible. halos onlyvworked for a week and now cant even connect to bluetooth. camnt even get halos to turn on much less anything else. these are only good for paper weights. company wont return emails. wish I could give this negative stars

Will not connect to bluetooth. Worked before putting in storage for the winter.. Now it won't.. How do i fix this? The halo lights don't work without it!! Junk!!!!

Great product. Wish it did a bit more and wish they would turn red upon applying the brake instead of orange. Is that possible?

They come on but app will not Connect to them . I have delete app also re downloaded it. Left lights on plumbed overnight and fuse is good.

Won't connect. And lights definitely are not plug and play... Had to splice the wires

No issues , I just wish I could get this to work on my android head unit...

Still can't even pair with the LEDs when they're on.
