For the last few days I have not been able to get the app to load. Everytime it freezes for a split second then tells me I need to turn on wifi and/or check my cellular. 5/16/22
The app constantly throws errors. I can no longer use it on my phone, an error stars I am not connected to the internet. I can't ws transfer or invoice customers. This needs to be fixed
I can't get notifications and it hasn't updated since January. I have no option to update it. It doesn't even update when my phone does. I can't do a consultant transfers anymore neither.
FINALLY figured out why I couldn't get connected! A totally different app I had on my phone was using a VPN and causing Bless to be blocked. Once I deleted the other app, it works great!
I have a new retailer account and ever since I switched, I do not get any push notifications from my company on this app. I have already contacted you guys and was spoken to as though I didn't have a clue as to what I am speaking about.
Ever since the update, it won't let me login. I keep being told Im not connected to a network. I have a connection and can login on the website.
This app only gets 1 Star because it's extremely difficult to use. I shopped with another Retailer today and filled out the Bless registration without a problem. This app says some weird things, is extremely unhelpful.
I am unable to do a whole sale transfer in the app fot Android. The add order button in a pop-up only brings up the customer list.
I can no longer see notification from LLR. They pop up on my phone for a second and if I click them they disappear and don't show in the bless app at all
Developers don't care about user experience. Removal of obvious and useful features while adding fairly useless updates. How the hell did edit order get removed, that's like getting a lobotomy because your tired of stress....
Does not work 75% of the time. I keep getting errors and my inventory doesn't load.
Has horrible bugs , going on 5 days with refund error no fix insight and no help , getting ready for chargebacks galore be cause we can't refund anyone
Since yesterday my app wont open Tells me no connectovity and I am on my own wifi or data. Very disappointed
So thankful for the ease of invoicing and having an inventory count!
Can no longer receive notifications in app
This app works great but why does it not remove items from inventory through an online sale?
Please give us a shipped checkbox! Love this app otherwise.
Tried to get into bless ..It will not let me click on box to go forward ..I just got a new Galaxy S9 ..please let me know what to do next

Updated my review as the issues were addressed! This app was great until the most recent update. Now every time I go to open it it crashes, and each time that happens I have to restart my phone before it will decide to open. Please fix it...it was so easy before and this is super frustrating!
I downloaded the app but I can't figure out how to create an account. It just takes me to the sign in page. How do I create an account?
I keep getting a server file error when I try to save the picture.

I can't log on. The app won't even open. It just keeps thinking and then giving a long non-understandable error message.
The app has been great in all ways but one. For the last several months i have not been getting any of the notifications. I was really relying on those. I've tried a number of things including contacting home office tech support, but no luck yet. I haven't tried deleting and re installing it yet because I'm afraid of losing all my customer and sales info. Any suggestions??
