Blink Health Low Rx Prices

I've used this for years but all of a sudden the app isn't refreshing or updated. It's useless. Tried reinstall and basic IT tricks. It's clearly faulty all of a sudden.

App was broken with the last release. Been using Blink for a year now and love it, please quality control your version releases better. This is elementary Blink team...

The app won't let me purchase my meds and it keeps saying I have to sign in again but won't let me.

For the last week or so the app won't open. Just shows a white screen with Blink Health in red letters on it. Then a box comes up that says either Close App, or Submit Feedback.....which I did both with no luck. So I called customer support and they were not able to help me either. I've never had any problems before and I have always been happy with the app and their service. Any feedback or help would be greatly appreciated! I am getting really frustrated. Thanks.

This application has a serious code flaw dealing with the message system. If the app is installed, you can't access the message system. If you try to access the URL on the browser, this app takes over and the app runs, still not allowing access to the message system. The only way I could access the message system was to delete this app. Once that was done, I could access the site through the URL. UPDATE: I just closed my account due to Blink trippling prices and age discrimination.

Great app. Easy to use. A must have when filling a prescription. Really helps you save on prescription costs making them affordable even if you are without insurance. Thank you Blink Health.

This is not work well with the subscriptions. I have had a $5 coupon there that I just can't seem to use. I applied to my order but it never goes through. I get charged the regular price. I have had just subscription issues from the very beginning where they don't get sent out any timely manner and all sorts of screw-ups, not from my end.

Update 5/28/21: works again & I love it! Thank you! This was a great app, but the app won't open any longer. I even emailed them on May 3rd and they replied that the matter had been escalated and someone from tech support would contact me when the matter is resolved. I'm thankful that I can still use their website as it does save me quite a bit of money on several prescriptions. Just wish the app would work again soon and that they'd respond to all the folks that are having the same issue.

Sometimes it's hard to navigate regarding finding an order that has been placed and where it's at in the whole process of shipping it to me. Everything's pretty simple and straightforward and intuitive about the app though.

Blink RX is one of the most difficult, frustrating apps I use. I think I'm done trying.

The amount shown for u to pay is not what they charge your credit card. I picked the deal each time every med. But bank statement showed with draw for over 70. Dollars and deal price was 39.62. So watch what they charge u. I'm still trying to get results. One month CORRECT next 2 double amout

Convoluted UX. Can't remove expired/old prescriptions. Retrieval of current/in use prescriptions is far than easy. In-app support is cumbersome: lot of little useful FAQs but pretty limited functions to interact with Customer Service. Some functions require to leave app and don't allow to return to where put on hold. "More" menu is overwhelmed by useless stuff, not worth reading on e even though about compliance/privacy. Complete redesign strongly recommended!

Love this app! Literally has saved me thousands of dollars on my meds. Started using when I had no insurance but continued using after getting insurance because the prices were simply better than what I would pay with my insurance. Best kept secret out there. I tell everyone I know. I think they find it hard to believe as I would if circumstances would not have forced me into finding ways to pay for my meds that were almost four dollars monthly and now I pay $23.75 for those exact same meds.
