Some scooters are ok, some are damaged and not repaired. There are not so many scooters in Bucharest and the parking area is quite strange. The app is awfull, not optimised at all, basic functions like 'stop trip' , 'pause trip' are barely working. The pay-by-minute clock is going on even if the app is not responding or crashing, so you will pay extra every time you use it. Not really recommend it.

Impossible to register. Says you must verify your phone number but doesn't say how. Total timewaster of an app so far... To follow up. Yes you fixed the problem and I signed up successfully. However when I attempted to rent a scooter I was promoted to provide ID Documents. Fair enough and I did this. But it took the app 30 minutes to verify my licence. I could not stand around for 30 minutes waiting for this (for all I knew the app had crashed). I am a step closer to renting but not there yet!

Usually the apps work well for me, but in the last few days almost unusable. The boot process already much longer than it used to be, the screen is empty white at least for 8-10 sec. Furthermore I cannot zoom on the map and it's crazy slow when I try to navigate in it. (My phone works properly with every other application.) I hope the issue will be fixed soon. Generally it's a cool app and services congrats!

This is the slowest app I have ever seen, the exclusion zone for parking vehicles is absurdly small and due to poor app leaving the vehicle anywhere on the outer edges is impossible (even if it was originally parked there). The prices are not acceptable when you realize that for ~15%more money you can call bolt/Uber that will take you to your destination 3x faster and more comfortable. Overall i don't see myself ever using this again. The hard limit of 26kmh also means that I'm faster on a bike

Scooters are good but the app is trash. There is no option to remove a card once you add it and I dont see any option to delete your account. The registration is very frustrating, and the fields where you are supposed to put your name, address and other stuff are bugged, you type something and it shows completely something else.

Scooters almost always damaged in some way. (Mirrors missing, footrest missing, phone holder missing, helmets barely usable, etc.). In addition to the above: For a few days now the app only shows 4 scooters in all of Malta. We used two different phones, same result. Going out of business? You only want to use blinkee if there's no orange one available ;)

The service is great, after all it's a very functional and practical idea for city traffic. Sadly the app can be rather unresponsive with long loading times or freez ups for which the app doesn't show any feedback. So you might use the veichle for 10minutes but it might take almost 5+ min to "end" your ride. I'll keep using the app, waiting for the devs to optimize their backend/servers and then I'll update my review.

More expensive than Taxi; scooters are junky, hard to control and sometimes even dangerous to drive; app is sometimes not working, not showing where you can end ride, or it doesn't allow to end ride in place where you CAN end it (i payed once more than two times as much as I should pay for the ride). Total scam, avoid if you can!

Overall, the service is fantastic, the mopeds are huge fun to ride. The app however has some room for improvement. While it never crashed for me (not even on my previous old phone) it has noticeable loading times, that may get annoying for someone in a hurry.

I've submitted my international driving licences which is well recognised in the whole European Union but they have rejected for several times, by the time they have accepted my friend's international driving licence.... And they just rejected without giving any reasons for that, and it takes them too long to reply .... Really bad experience i don't recommend it especially in Hungary 👎

Putting an complaint is almost impossible as app starts to blink/flicker/whatever. Scooters are really poorly maintained, lack of grips, loose handlebars, broken "suspension", are quite normal. But still fun to use, as they are the only on in the area. 🙃

The map is extremely slow to load. it takes minutes and I cannot see any available vehicles after it loads. I have a Galaxy S10 and full 4G signal. Other apps such as Lime or Flow are working just fine

I used this app daily for commuting and have found it to be reliable. While it loads somewhat slowly (especially on older phones), I haven't had any crashing or hanging issues.

I tried few times on several devices to scan the code at the start/end of journey and it s literally impossible to do so. There are so many better options than this; save yourself a headache and look somewhere else

This app has more bugs than app. Totally disappointed. Nothing works... Registration was thrown back for like 50 times, than it magically worked. Card registration - same. Now I'm stuck at top up, I can't enter the amount I want to pay. Ironic huh, I'm fighting to PAY this company... What the hell? :D

There are a lot of bugs, so I gave this rating for the app, but the rental service is good, it's much cheaper than taxi or anything other in Budapest and it's a lot of faster than going with a car when the traffic is heavy.

1. good idea to add a starting fee of 7 kunas (Croatia), but it is experienced as a surprise at the end of the ride. Legal issue? I asked for a refund but it means that every client will have this experience and will need to ask for a refund 2. many times the blinkee is in a private garage. Does this fall in the 200kuna fee for bad parking? - many e-mails no answer. - I could barely hear the person on the phone and told me to e-mail for a refund.

scooter broke down and didnt want to move anymore. as we were not in very small parking zone, the app didnt let us cancel the rental. so you think ill contact customer service.. but this was only in Polish so absolutely useleas. horrible experience.

The service itself is awesome, but this app is abysmal. It takes 30 seconds to load the map of available bikes, and similar lengths of time to unlock or lock one of them. Do something with your backend please.

It was a cold night I stayed in front of their mopeds. I registered on the system but they did not accept my driving license due to old design.(I got my driving license in 2011, this time the design was old and different) I called customer service. They said write email and you will get an answer during 24 hours But I waited 2-3 days and at the end they said we could not accept your driving licence because it is not international. I reminded poor customer service about Vienna convention. 👎

The experience is great but the area available for parking the scooter is ridiculous. This is making the app useless. In a 2+ million people city, the area that is available for parking is a very, very bad joke. We are in 21st century. Do something or it s just a waste of time for both your team and the customers

Blinkee Romania, my first impression: step 3 - open the box with the green button. Kind of humor? There is NO green button. At all. I've reported. Do you think I've been contacted back? Haha, naive. Ok, there is an issue and blinkee support has confirmed. Why not to give me a voucher, why not to return my money back? Moving on, select "report an issue", "report it directly to our call center" - this button leads to nowhere. No phone number is picked up, no chance to call them. Disgusting

I need to log in after each update. Poor user experience. Edit: I give 3 stars after riding the scooter, which worked well. But given I paid more for 5 minutes ride that I would for 90 minutes public transport ticket, I will not use it more often. Expensive!

EN - Not 5-stars because the price is just too high also I did have once a problem when I couldn't end the rent, it cost me over 60pln (didn't get a refund). Beside this its really good. PL- Nie 5 gwiazdek, ponieważ cena jest za wysoka i raz miałem problem gdy nie mogłem zakończyć jazdy, kosztowało mnie to ponad 60zł (nie dostałem zwrotu). Poza tym to jest git.

App is great and easy to use. The whole concept and system is genius!! Traveling around the west side have never been so fun and easy.

dear blinkee. your service may be convenient for some people. I respect that. but please tell your personnel to stop leaving scooters on the middle of sidewalk area. its pretty inconvenient, for example for ladies with prams and for runners. leave it closer to the edge. you dont put rental bikes in the middle of the bike road, so why do that for pedestrians?
