Getting an error when I try to sign in on the Android app saying "site profile not available". I have books that I've paid for but can't access because of this.
It kept crashing & wouldn't let me search to download any books. I was interested in downloading & reading Harry's Last Stand & his book Love Amongst The Ruins.
Can no longer access my books. Keeps telling me there is an error with the server
"I liked this app since my days at a Cal City College, hope those days return soon. But this app is wonderful, it allows me to do my school work and liesure work at the same time as it has a built-in reader. Studnets like me really use this stuff to make life easier and simplier... The reader is a bit of an anxiety. I want it to work for me so bad? (say's [no TTS installed])"
I really like this app but it keeps deleting the covers of my books.. that's becoming an issue

If there was no email address it would be so Much easier please updated now today I will reinstall it plese and reported to me that there is no email address. Don't change anything else.
I am unable to access the grid view on my phone. It was there before now it's gone. I've completely lost the look of a bookshelf.

I have been using this app for months. It has always had trouble with repeating pages but it was something I could fix by scrolling past and then back. Now all of a sudden the books are missing a lot of pages and is pretty unreadable. I wish you would fix this. I am very disappointed. I loved being able to check out books from my library and read them on my phone. Please fix this and make the formatting fixed.
Just installed this app and downloaded one book and its skipping 2-3 pages everytime it should only turn 1 page! This is very disappointing. If youre reading a book you should be able to read every page!
Flowable text does not reflow so you can't get all the content in the eBook. This is unacceptable. Additionally, the interface is slow and awkward compared to other eBook readers that I'm using.
App worked properly last Fall, however it is useless now. Cannot read past page 1 of a chapter because the app skips pages. App was used for reading ebooks from local library.
This used to be a good app, now all of a sudden, book content is missing, it is only displaying one screen of a chapter. Unacceptable. Please fix!
Used to be a great app. Worked perfectly. Now downloads are slow, books won't open after purchased, book pages are out of sequence...please tell me, what's the point of purchasing a book if YOU CAN'T READ IT??? I'm so over this app now...and it used to be my favorite.
Pages are skipped and slow to respond
When trying to read, it starts at the beginning of the book, but skips around all over the place...different chapters, different characters, etc. Please fix!!

Hard. You have to check out the book from the internet then go to the app. Such a hassle!!
Poor interface, not very user friendly. Slow to respond. Does not format correctly, cuts off half of the to and born sentences and skips several lines between some pages. Yuck.
When it uses voice to read my books, it always reads the 3rd to the last page over and over until the chapter is finished. Please fix
They fixed it! It used to bookmark only the chapter, now it went back (due to complaints maybe?) to bookmarking the exact page. Happy again :)
Formatting is not consistent from book to book. In one book, regardless of font size, nearly every first line and last line of each page is cut in half. A second book was in comics format and worked well enough, but have to swipe completely from right to left or it turns one page back. The bookmark of another book is never where I placed it. Would prefer to use Overdrive if the book is available there.
Used to work perfectly...now, Every time I open a book, it begins at the first page, no matter where my bookmark was! Can't skip ahead to the right page, as it just takes me back to page 1...Have tried different books with no success, even tried un-installing the app and downloading it again with no luck. Too bad this is the only way to read the library e-books...
I did love this app but now it wont hold bookmarks. Very frustrating. Please fix fast so i can go back to reading.
First if you don't have a Johnson County Library account I would get one then you can go straight to their magic wall and login to your Johnson County account and Blio ebooks account when you've done that type in the title of a book you want to read then tap the book you want make sure just use bio format then you might have to log back into your Blio and ebooks account if it works then it'll say congratulations then go to your Blio ebooks app and find your book in the library and start reading!!!!!!!!!
Blio is like a middle-schooler's project! Downloads and bookmarks are lost when you turn your tablet off. It also ignores system settings. I've never given a one-star review...but Blio deserves it!

I used to love this app. Now, it's trash. I keep getting an error saying "site profile not active" when I sign in, try forgot password or try to create a new account. I've purchased books on this account and have absolutely no access to them. This is unacceptable!!!!!
