[ USEFULNESS ] The application is very helpful 90% of the time. ( around 10% seem outdated false alerts on already cleared speed traps ) but that's not problematic for me, it reminds me to stay in my speed limit. [ GLITCHES ] The alerts via bluetooth won't play on my car sound system even while connected if I shut off amd on the engine, I would have to close and open again the app. And sometimes Blitzer.de won't close after prolonged use, rarely, and you need to force stop it or restart phone.

Works as advertised. Database includes traffic jams, construction sites, speed cameras, etc. Covers most of Europe. Very few inaccuracies, data updates seem to happen almost in real time. You can configure which warnings should be shown or heard. Runs in background, no problem to coexist with Spotify once you got used to note the warning sounds played over your music.

Very accurate for both fixed and mobile cameras in Germany, the Netherlands Belgium and France. Also quite good in UK however not in variable speed zones. There is notification of cameras but the speed limit at the instance cannot be determined. Very reliable app.

Efficient, free app do the job. Would be great to have a 2 month free trial of the highest version, to experience the advantages of the advanced features. Too much energy consuming, smartphone must be always plugged. (GPS, data roaming, display) An offline Modus will be great.

App is ok. Not really integrated with Google Maps, just stays at the navigation screen and is totally annoying because it is not tailored to use with Google Maps. Should be better if it could be used in background mode , and can alert only in cases of active camera instances ! Reply to response from Blitzer ! Why should I send an email? I have found an issue better try to resolve it ASAP!

Garbage app, but at least Blitzers are in it because Germans refuse to use Waze like the rest of the world, hence 2 stars. App doesn't know what side of the Autobahn or street you're on, or that you are, just yells at you if anything is within a kilometer (even in a Dorf beside the Autobahn). Can't customize warnings, just always 1km, 500m, 100m. Popup about running in the background every single time. Just usual terrible user experience like most German UIs. But no other alternative, sadly.

Good app but room for improvement: - enable map access also when position is not available - add option to change how many warnings one gets and when - add option to confirm blitzers one has passed by afterwards (half an hour i.e.) Often I am not fast enough confirming them. And a lot more, but these are most important for me

Desperately in need of a new, refined user interface. (Consider this in your development: do not introduce a subscription model rather a fixed price, UI more akin to Google Maps please, recognize the driven road and only warn of relevant speed cams, remove exclusive GPS dependency) Great and up-to-date database.

Within a week after installing Blitzer.De - it saved me from 6 Tickets alone.... Both Speed & Distance cameras..... Keep in mind that not only is the database user driven, the same Blitzer reports you hear on the radio are uploaded. Over the years, Blitzer.De has saved me thousands in fines and loss of license.... It works great. Use it in Widget Mode along with any Navi app.... Drive safe and Güte Fährt!

Nice app. One thing Blitzer.de should change is that a person who is not driving should be able to add a mobile blitzer or other things. The other day, it did not allow me to add mobile blitzer saying that I am not mobile at the moment 😕

Doesn't show all cameras. I got flashed on Saturday 6 November at Frauwüllesheim. The app didn't beep or show anything. Update: this app has been detecting temporary cameras. Good job!

This app warms too often. For example when you drive on a highway, it warns you about all speed cameras on roads next to the highway. The rest is ok.

The app is no longer functional, I've reported the same mobile camera four times over the last few days. And everytime I drive pass it I receive no warning. There's a new 5G tower near this area, maybe the app doesn't work with 5G?

Never disappointed once, this applet. Very solid and functional, no schnick-schnack! Is it possible to show speed limit of current road tough??

Great tool. Room for improvement would be if it can detect via my speed in which direction I'm driving so that unnecessary alarms can be avoided

Great app, huge flaw. It alerts with user provided information, but the map does not follow you as you move. It would be a 5 star if it did.

The mobile Blitzer warnings are sometime wrong, but better safe than sorry. Works in a few other countries around Germany also.

Upgraded to pro it stopped doing anything it's intended for. No warnings in other words.

How cames that I was reported one speed fixed cam witch is is my way to work over 20 time and it is not inserted in database? What's the point of using this app if we add cameras but there will be no alerts on that?
