This app makes the biggest hassle out of selecting profile pictures. If you select one that was originally portrait orientated, it will flip it to landscape for some reason, and yet have the cropping lines orientated in the position you want. But when you rotate it, the pic will be orientated correctly but the crop lines are now flipped. So you will end up with pictures that are incredibly zoomed in on your face and very blurry which looks ridiculous and makes your profile look fake.

Update: I received support for refund of the membership since I couldn't use the app effectively with the logout problem. However, the actual logout problem has not been solved. --- I've tried out this app a couple of times. I like that the algorithm shows you to more people than some other apps I've used. This most recent time has been disappointing, in the past month, the app started logging me out randomly and won't stay logged in for longer than 10 seconds.

Some updates should be done to this app to make it better for the person using it in the city their in. Eventually we're shown the same profiles we've said no to. What's the point of showing people 100+ miles away chances are neither party will drive to meet? Users should have the ability to look in each city. I've been both a free and paid user. Hard to find who likes you if you can't find them. Not everyone wants to pay for the app. Should be able to search within your city or location.

No love for android users. Until the fix all the bugs and add the same features iphones have for their streaming feature, then this is going to remain 1 star. Can't send message, change profile photos, see people's pictures and pages correctly. Don't be lazy make it the same for both phone types. Also can't expand on pictures when you click profile, no way to send messages or connect with the people you meet or even change your profile bio and/or add pictures. Stop deleting my review.

I actually like the app when it worked!! I just logged in after a couple of months and I literally have been kicked out every minute. Each time I respond to a new message or click more than 5 times. I updated / unistalled / reinstalled. There's nothing about my profile that would warrant it being deactivated. It says my profile "isn't showing". Sometimes competing isn't needed when you have quality because now the whole app is crashing and I'm unable to use it for its intent. Bad decision.

The elite feature has flaws. If I click on a profile from the "who liked me section" and click on a users picture, I can only see 1 picture at a time. It does not allow the function to view the other photos. There's also no back button built in from this screen so I can see the other pics on the user's profile. If I press the back button on my phone, it takes me back to the main "who liked me" screen rather than the profile I was in, which in essence, makes me start completely over.

Doesn't work. Can't get past the photo upload (uploading pictures doesn't let you progress). Can't find anything online about this issue either. EDIT: I was finally able to make an account, but now I'm having the same issues others have stated where I'm constantly getting logged off and I can't edit my profile at all. So much headache just to use the app.

I mean, the app is pretty good, better than Tinder when it comes to finding black people. But I've been experiencing problems with my account to where I can't even log in anymore. I checked, and double checked the Terms Of Service for the app to make sure I wasn't doing something wrong. Came to the conclusion that I had done nothing wrong, so I reached out to the customer service 3 different times about my situation to no avail. If this app needs anything, it needs a customer service team.

Its a decent app...I love the idea of only communicating with people you match with. There is something wrong with the uploading pictures to your profile feature. It does not capture the entire photo and when you try to crop the photo it enlarges.

Distance is inaccurate on lots of profiles, slim pickings, most have little to no information at all or pictures of themselves, it was extremely difficult to upload pictures, spent hours trying to get one picture to properly upload and gave up when I got ad close as I could. I match with people that never talk then as soon as I unmatch with them they send another like almost immediately which leads me to believe they are not real. Now app won't let me delete my account.

For months, I keep getting kicked out of the app, constantly verifying my number, and the matches are not in my desired miles or gender. This can't be a glitch because it would have been remedied by now, which is why I never use the app. BLK replied but still keep getting kicked out of the app while checking profiles: I don't stay logged in and have to verify every two minutes. This app isn't worth it especially to pay for it.

They can do better with matching those in your location but all in all not its a bad site. You have options and some actually are on there looking for love. I don't like how once you uninstall the app, your information is still logged in. So make sure when you are done you take all your photos down, deactivate your profile then uninstall the app.

Best app so far than others. I love that it doesn't box you in on location, or limit you to guys within only 150 miles. It's nice to see fresh faces. When you're on apps, you see many of the same ppl over and over trying to match, some you may have met or chatted with. This app has more of a selection because it doesn't limit your location.

This is the worst of the worst of dating app I have come across it has so many bugs and issues. It won't stay logged in. It randomly logs out after 1 minute. It won't even stay logged in long enough for me to delete the account. I would not recommend this app unless you want to be frustrated. They should not offer a premium feature until they get the basics down. I even had issues just registering for an account. Do not waste your time with this app.

It's really irritating that it keeps moving the age range you set and sometimes by a lot of years. I just end up unmatching and it's a waste for both parties. It was like this the 1st time I tried the app when it was still new, I don't get why that hasn't been changed.

So far creating a new account is a terrible experience. I have had to enter in my cell phone number to get a code about every 20 seconds and get slightly further in the registration process. I got an account but still get kicked out to have to enter in another code. After reviewing 3 profiles I had enough entering codes. Which is around 12 total. I will try figuring out how to delete my account because this is terrible. Worst dating app experience so far.

This app kind of sucks. They need to change the lay out, viewing someone else's profile is annoying. I had over 1200 likes but the app was only showing me like 50. I tried to refresh then it showed me a bunch of likes I already swiped left on. Uploading pictures was annoying. I crop my pictures in the frame but when I posted them, I'm not even in the frame.

Works when it wants to. It signed me out randomly and I've been trying to sign back in but I'm not getting the verification texts. Also paid for premium and it seemed like one of thr biggest wastes. It sucks to pay for something you can't even login to.

The app is great when it works, but for several months now whenever I login, after entering the verification code, I am able to use the app only for about 60 seconds before I'm automatically logged out of the app. I've reached out to customer service and have received no help. Thus, my two-star review.

It shows me people from 300 miles away when my preference is set to 20. And I have matches, but they literally don't show up while I'm swiping because they're showing girls within such a large range. I would pay for it but the app itself is really janky, especially on an android.

It won't stay logged in. It logs over every few clicks. Emailed them and they couldn't figure it out. It's a known issue based on other reviews. At this point, they must not care or have the capabilities to fix it.

**Changed to a 3 star due to the understanding of my frustration and receiving a refund** Not a good app for actually getting to know someone. Initially it was mainly a picture without substance. Then I wasn't able to use any features as I was told I wasn't a member. My money was taken and the app showed me as active BUT I was not allowed to use any features in the app. I brought the problem to the attention of the "customer service" but still nothing. I feel as if they just stole my money.

I'm still hopeful to an extent because I at least get messages here, but TOO many people use this as a branding platform instead of meeting up, and the new live feature encourages that even more. I would also like to add how they'll bring back people I've swiped left on as if i wouldn't noticed.

This app is insanely glitchy. I paid for the premium subscription. I only had the account for a little over a week and I've been logged out of it. I tried entering my number to access my account, but I never receive the verification code. Smh.

The app was going great until I made my second payment and now all of a sudden I can't see who likes me. I have refreshed my cachet and shut my phone off I even unstalled the app. Now it has become a waste of my money. And every time I chose to contact someone it keeps coming up with me to reach out to one of my friends. If I can't use it I want a refund.

I always have matches but can never actually match with a person. I can swipe right for 30mins straight and still not match. What's the point of having matches if I can't ever find them. Also if I swipe left on someone who liked me then they should be taken off my liked list. Never really find anyone on this app. Seems pointless 95% of the time.

The app is horrible. There's a lot of racist on the site besides that most of the profiles on there are fake people and the people that are not fake are just on there to promote their music or to redirect you to another site such as the Instagram page or SnapChat page they want to get their numbers up on other pages and have no plans of ever communicating with you this app also has a very suspicious algorithm to it as well. Choose a different app

I've been on this app for a while and now all of a sudden my account gets disabled without my consent. I started another account with a different phone number and it happens again after a few minutes. I have nothing vulgar or offensive on my page. I've emailed customer service and got no resolution. Update I did get a very vague response from customer care telling me my account was disabled for violating terms and conditions but wasn't specific about what rules I supposedly violated.

App keep closing, can not set up profile without the App automatically closing. I have to go through the log in phases every time. I get kick off. uninstalling the app and updating still keep picking me off.

I liked the app at first but now it's disappointing. It lags, it logs out and the settings to " show my profile" don't work. I turn my profile off only to see it's still on. When you consider the low amount of actual things to do in the app which, is mostly only go live or text, these persistent issues should be trivial. Also, I'm not sure how I have 80+ new likes but yet I'm only ever seeing the same people. Where would these other 80+ people possibly be if I exhausted the stack?
