After doing a ton of open houses I've found my app for guests to sign in! This app is amazing! Not only is it easy to use but they make the lead sync seamless! I'm also a huge fan of the customization that it gives with branding. Lastly they send you a list of neighbors that could potentially sell in the local area after you finish the open house. The only thing this app could do better is sell the house for you 😂
I have been searching for an app like this for years. It's easy to use and I love the I can customize the questions for my open house. Looks very professional and beats using a sign in sheet. The clients also thought it was pretty slick that they get a text with the listing right after they sign in.
Awesome free app that is perfect so far! Going digital means less printing, which saves trees (I'm all for that!) Plus the integration on Listing Report let's you generate high quality info and flyers for the property. Today the app developer actually called me to see how I like the app and asked for personal feedback. That's a game changer for me. Now I'm recommending it to all my Realtor friends. Very VERY useful app for brokers and agents. It's very easy to use and the developers are very open to feedbacks. I've tried number of other open houses apps in the past but this is by far the best. So far it has exceeded my expectations and I'm really looking forward to see more features coming up in the future. Strongly recommend to any brokers and agents who host open house regularly.
This app is extremely well done and super easy to use! Ajay called me personally when I had a techincal issue and solved the problem quickly. It's easy to write my notes about an open house guest and then forward everything to my email so I can follow up with them when I get home. And its FREE! How does that happen?

The first time I used Block Party I had an issue with the sign in. I called them, and they were actually concerned about my issue and had it fixed in no time! AJay also followed up after a couple of weeks and then again today. Talk about customer service! The app now works perfectly and my open house visitors don't mind signing in at all! Thank you Ajay!!
This is a pretty user friendly App and it works! I get 100% sign in at my open houses using it and the text to them with a link to the listing is gold. And the tech support is great. You should try it out!
Easy to use, connects to CRM, we use it every time and add notes to remember who came to the OH. They send a CSV of local properties so. You can ealiy send a mailer out - all for free. The best is the support team who personally stay in touch.
This is a great app to use for Open House sign in. I love that prospects can receive a text message with a link and thanking them for attending the open house. I also love that you can ask them questions such as the generated question "Are you working with an agent?" Another PLUS is the generated list of owner occupied properties near the open house launched in the app! Absolutely recommend!

I don't understand why this is free. I love it so much I would honestly pay an annual fee! But... I'm not one to judge so I appreciate the savings!! Lol. Whom ever invented this is a FLIPPING GENIUS! I love the QR Code feature to sign in. Makes long lines at OHs go smoothly!!!
Was looking for an app like this for Open House events. This was recommended from a group on Facebook. It also works well with BlueStacks on my Surface Pro. Worth the download.

I like this app for a few reasons -User friendly app -easy sign in sheet that links to your crm (liondesk) so you dont have to input the names yourself -has a follow up built in -support is easily reachable if you need them

Open houses are back in Washington and the Market is pretty spicy so I think the app is the answer to everything I've been looking for. We expect over 50 people to tour my little farm house listing this weekend hoping I can figure out the app and put it to use this weekend. It's a great app to use for open houses. It helps to keep all your leads organized. The only thing I would like them to change at the moment is the ability to make notes while taking down a leads contact information on the same page. Right now you have to enter the lead contact information and then leave the page you are on to go find the lead and then enter notes. Other than that I love the app. You should try it.
