Two things to say. #1: I love the blood & guts and so simple to play. #2: I found out that I can play this game with the internet turned off. So if the internet is offline you should not get the interference from the ads at all.
It's so gory I love it. Can you at least put real people in there.
A little laggy from time to time, but brutal and simple.

Ok so it has good graphics and all but come on Zero Flag.... its a cheap imitation of fruit ninja so if you make something different with the same name I would play it but not if its a rip off... just looking out for a good game designer.... :-)
