Used to be great, but now app doesn't work. Asks for you to verify account but after verification code is entered there's nothing to do. It asks if you want to "join a private system and to scan the private system code. If you don't know it, then contact your system administrator." Not sure why it's not showing bicycle rentals nearby. App doesn't work.

I read several reviews but started setup. The application wouldn't scan the credit card but Google was able to scan it earlier. The app seems poorly designed but my wife wanted me to continue. Then I got to term and conditions. Appears that I would be charged a premium for mechanical failures that were serious enough that I couldn't get the bike back to its "home." At that point, I gave up. I don't want to be paying for a mechanical failure I didn't cause.

We have checked out bikes on 3 different occasions, and two of those times someone in the party was stranded, because the app could not re-connect to the bike! We ride out to a restaurant, lock the bikes and eat lunch. Come back out, and one or two of the bikes won't unlock!

This review is for my experience using Cuse Cycle bikes. I had such a great time riding the bike down Onondaga Lake Park, the ride was smooth, the renting was easy....Until the bike locked on me after 30 minutes. I couldn't even rent the same bike to ride it back to the docking station. So after the bike locked the back wheel and I was trying to find help or an FAQ on the Cuse Cycle website, it started beeping obnoxiously loud. I had to drag the locked bike two miles back to the docking station in 90-degree weather instead of just purchasing another 30 minute ride like I planned to do. Even after I returned the bike, the lock didn't register it as returned, the bike continued to beep, and I just had to leave it there. Exhausted, sweaty, upset, and tired, I drove home. After this frustrating experience, I won't be using these bikes again. I can't wait for the Gotcha bikes to be docked at the park. At least they charge per minute.

The app won't let you rent.... it keeps telling me to choose a plan before getting a bike despite the fact that I already have a plan chosen and even set as a default.... and it won't let be select the plan again... thereby making this app completely useless because of this dumb software bug.

When I tried to sign in to my college's system, it wouldn't accept my gmail email address. I figured it wanted me to use my college account but the app wouldn't let me change my email. I even tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling it. Now I can't even use it.

Tried for 20 minutes to rent a bike Gave all info multiple times. Reached scan bike code screen and would receive messages that plan had not been selected. At one point it said I was on the bike and had moved it 20 feet. I wish! Finally uninstalled and took a lovely walk. Do not waste your time.

Cannot unlock more than 1 bike with a app, phone and credit card. Not user friendly, closing out rental is not well defined, so they can charge. Very bad experience!

Horrible app! Took me probably 30 minutes to get our account set up. Only about 47 easy steps! . Then the app only lets you check out 1 bike per phone. So each person in our group of 4 had to download this horrible app...another 30 minutes! What is a family supposed to do if everyone doesnt have a phone!

Buggy and won't stop crashing. Trying to rent a bike is a fight since I can't get past the loading screen. Don't even think about wanting to rent multiple bikes since that's not an option.

I had an easy experience with this the first time the other day. The only thing that really bugs me is $5.00 for 30 minutes? i went for a 45 minute bike ride and was charged $10.00. Seems a little steep. I will not be using this app again, unless the prices go down. $5.00 for an hour is much more reasonable, in my opinion.

I tried 4 times to install this app on my samsung s20 fe phone. The set up procedure repeatedly refused to verify my one time passwords. So I finaly said to heck with it. An app that can't be installed is pretty much useless.

Idiotic app designed by people who flunked out of CS school. If you enter an unaccepted email there is no way to correct it, even after uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Avoid like the plague.

if you download this app and enter your payment info, they will silently try to charge $6000 to your account three months later. they do not respond to support tickets. they do not have an option to remove your payment info. do not download this app. not worth, 0/5
