Bloom & Wild - Flower Delivery

Pretty flowers, easy app. It would be super helpful if once i put flowers into my saved list, i could then go into that list and look at them again, sort them or remove them. The only options i have are to send them. And even once I've checked send them, i don't get to view any photos of them, it just goes straight to payment.

Clunky. Sometimes the price that I was shown on the products screen was different to what I was shown when it went to basket. When you click the orders page it only shows one of your most recent deliveries even if you did two in one order unless you click through to 'my orders' again. Finally on the completed orders, it's put the message I added to one card on the other orders card, and left the other card blank despite having written a message for it. Website better. Doesn't need an app.

Poor experience. Tried to send multiple bunches or flowers, however could not find a basket or function to check each purchase at a glance. Promotional offers would appear and disappear each addition to the order. Eventually gave up and ordered elsewhere.

Useless. Tried to send flowers three times, every time the order just disappeared partway through - nothing is saved in the basket so I have to start again (again, again). Will go elsewhere, too much faff!

I've added things 3 times and tried to check out but it just keeps crashing. It also refused to let me sign in with my previous details so I had to make a new account just to get going with no "guest" option. It's not making it easy for me to give you my money!

I've always found it easy to order and my family and friends have always been super pleased with their flowers... especially when they can plant the bulbs afterwards! Great value for money!

Fabulous flowers at affordable prices. Very happy with several purchases. The app is also really easy to use.

There is no option to only buy flowers once. You have to subscribe to sending flowers every week, two weeks or months. I just want to send some flowers once so I'm going to use something else.

Full of bugs, awful app. Entered details multiple times. Reset password process doesn't work. Gave up when I got to the 5 time and lost my basket, which you cannot even navigate back to! Not sure anyone has really tested this. Don't bother!

Just downloaded the app and it's really bad. I had having to swipe left or right to browse a category, I'd rather have smaller products and click to know more. Only downloaded it for the discount on app purchase but it's way too annoying to use

Easy to use! Makes ordering flowers very simple and stress free! Fab for last minute gifts!

I've ordered a few times & always arrive on time, flowers always of good quality. Highly recommended

App is very sluggish and very hard to browse through the products. Only shows one product at a time and have to very slowly tap next to see each individual product. The sign in function is poor, didn't recognise there was an email in the field and kept asking for an email to continue. After resetting password I had to go through the whole process again as there isn't a basket option. Chose PayPal to pay and once signed into that it returned me to the homepage of the app & had to start over again

Very frustrating to navigate. I have tried 3 times and have chosen my flowers. entered addresses then when I get to the sign in/register page I cant get any further.

Said if I downloaded the app and applied 25appy to my ordered I would get 25% off. No the code wouldn't apply and a message came up saying use a different code to get 10% off instead. I deleted the app.

Love the flowers and the service. In my experience the flowers have always been great quality and long lasting. The app looks good and is fairly easy to use, annoying that when I leave the app part way through an order that it doesn't remember the order or save it in a basket. You also don't seem to be able to order multiple bunches at the same time.

Really easy to use but some improvements could be made. There isn't much of a search/ filtering option when looking for the perfect bunch! This would be great rather than scrolling through them all - as lovely as they are. Also the app seems to take a little while to load not sure if that's the app or my phone. Overall it's really easy to use, doesn't bombard you with notifications but keeps you up to date with deliveries.

I love this app, it's quick and easy to send flowers to my friends and family. The flowers are well packed and protected. The option to send flowers through the letterbox is just amazing as I don't have to worry if my friends are home and it always leaves them pleasantly surprised. The flowers are beautiful and of good quality. The app is very easy to use, doesn't disturb me with unnecessary messages or adds. Overall, I'm very impressed and have recommended this app to friends. There's only one detail I would improve. The desktop version allows me to see and pick from various cards, whilst the app allocates a card automatically to match the flowers. Choosing a bday card or a card for any other occasion just adds a bit more personal touch so I would prefer to have this option in the app, too

Love the app. Can make quick orders even when I'm on the go. The only small improvement I'd make is concerning the message card. You can save it once you have written it, but I would like it to save even when you move to another page. The reason being, if you write it, save it, then go back to change the flowers you had chosen, but return to review the order page, the card is lost and you have to re-write it out again. So if you could save it until the order has been completed, great.!

The app is easy to use and I cant wait for my friends to receive their letterbox flowers, they look fabulous. The only thing I didn't like is that I couldn't add more than one item to my order, or add more recipients to the same order. It has cost me more doing separate ones and I would have actually purchased more if on the same order.

Fantastic service and an easily accessible well presented app. Communication regarding delivery is excellent. Had one issue but this was due to Royal Mail. It was immediately resolved and a replacement sent out. I was so impressed with the service. My friends have always been delighted with the quality of their flowers. The refer a friend scheme is great along with a number of other promotional discounts. My go-to place for flowers!

Very impressed, the app was intuitive and quick to use, easy on the eyes. The flowers arrived in perfect condition in the innovative small form letterbox package and my partner was delighted. They have lasted well so far, created a beautiful bouquet exactly as described, and came with excellent step-by-step instructions on how best to get the most out of them and included two lots of plant food. Overall great quality, brought joy to us, which is exactly the purpose of flowers. I will certainly be using the app again. I also really appreciate the reminder feature, which lets you add loved one's birthdays or special events. Great work guys!

I've used the app twice recently for letterbox options and have been very impressed. Really quick and easy to navigate. The flower descriptions are also really helpful. But best of all - the flowers are beautiful, packed and protected perfectly, helpful care instructions included, and they last for ages. Absolutely no hesitation in recommending
