I have a Nokia 8 running the latest Android version (or the semi latest). In the work-remotely era, the BUNIT is a pain and almost always needs an override to be granted when syncing remotely. I was excited when I heard about the app but it says my device isn't supported when I install it. Frustrating, very. Either improve the BUNIT hard token sync capabilities over remote sessions or just enable app on Nokia 8...
Getting an error 'There was a problem reading your biometric from your device. If your device has 'Preferred Biometric' setting in 'Biometrics and Security' settings panel, try changing it to 'Fingerprint'. ' There is no such setting available in my phone and other apps can perfectly read the fingerprint.
It changed my life! Much easier than carrying around my BUnit (which I need very regularly every day) and swiping endlessly at times. Please correct the app description -- it's Pixel 2 XL and 3 XL, not "+".
The app is a good idea, but it is not working...Installed the last version today of the app on a oneplus 6 with android. 9, and the app keeps crashing on start. Thanks for your answer and the new release. I updated the app but unfortunately I still have the same issue...
I used to be frustrated because I had a Moto x4 and the app wouldn't work. I happened to buy a newer phone, and now the app works, and it's a much faster and better experience than the earlier solution.
This app is an amazing improvement over the old physical B-Unit. It provides a much better user experience and on the plus side I don't need to carry my B-Unit everywhere. Keep up the good work!
I have an Android 1 device, running Android Pie. When I open the app, I get a message, App is not supported on this device. Diagnostic info sent to Bloomberg.
I am trying to re enroll for my terminal and I'm getting a "hardware compatibility issue". It worked fine on my pixel but not my note 20 ultra.
*Not working on Samsung Galaxy S20 plus... Was working great on my previous S10 phone. Please fix. *Edit: now fixed and working on S20. Much easier than the physical bunit.
It's not working on the redmi xiomi note 8 pro. When tried to scan QR code it says unable to enroll the device at this time. Device is updated with latest Android 10
Stopped working on Asus Zenfone 5 with Android 9.0 Working fine since cell phone got the upgrade from Android 8.0 to Android 9.0. On the Bloomberg app I use the fprint to login. It's weird not to work on this B-unit app.
Far simpler, faster and more reliable than the old, physical counterpart.
Needs better support for Android devices. Works on some devices and doesn't work on others
Not sure why this app does not work on earlier Android devices such as the galaxy s8+. A lot of hype for nothing....

Saves carrying a b-unit and works well, just did an update. Hoping the auto login after finger print comes back will be my only request.
Seems as if it doesn't support Redmi series. Everytime I try to authenticate I get a message we are unable to complete enrollment at this time
This is so much easier than carrying my b-unit around with me. It even works with face unlock on my pixel 4.
Much faster and better than old system, however Token function doesnt seem to work most of the time for resetting passwords

Unacceptable, not fully support Note 9, only QR code scan function is available. Wish to have a negative star option.
Does not work - a Moto X 4 bought in late 2018 doesn't work, even though other Moto models are listed here as compatible devices.

So much better than the keyboard and the physical b-unit card. Have been using this for years and would never go back.
