My experience was very easy and I received an extra 25% off my order for using the app. I signed up for loyalty and received free shipping.
PayPal is on full site, but not on app? I couldn't find a way to remove items from my bag, so I had to go back to full site to make changes. Also, as a Coupon Cabin member it took me to full site, but not app, so I don't know if I'll get credit. Nice, but needs tweaking.
No longer supporting Android, so will be deleting and giving Nordstrom more of my business.
I'm so disappointed they discontinued the Android app. I don't understand why. It was a great app. In today's modern age Bloomingdale's should have a shopping app.
An ok app. Works most of the time but can be unresponsive at times.
One star due to to the decision to no longer support this app for Android users. I will no longer be browsing your products either. In a world of smart phones having an app is a must. I have no desire to use your mobile site. Rethink your strategy Bloomingdale's.

I made a purchase and attempted to change in less than 30 minutes and was told I couldn't. I went online and now seen the item avail at local store and it wasn't 11 hours ago and customer service said they couldn't cancel or switch to store pickup and my order isn't due to ship for 2 more day. Spoke with supervision and have no way to change, Supervisor Raymond.
