It hardly ever completely calibrates and then when it does it only works for 5 minutes before it stops reading and goes into an indefinite 'adjustment' period that provides no information. I tried everything. It's also nearly impossible to get any support from the company. I waited almost 20mins for the live support who never responded because by then it was out of their live chat time frame. I tried emailing and contacting anyone on FB but got no response over a period of several days.
Love this device! I am a first time mom and in the last few weeks of pregnancy, I've been jumping at every bump and pain. Bloomlife helped me identify what was a contraction and what was just a slight movement from baby. It eased my anxiety and it has been incredibly informative about the trends of contractions. A lot of the negative reviews I've seen are in regards to the need to stay still: this is a pretty incredible device, sitting still for accuracy doesn't seem like a big deal to me.
I just received my bloomlife tracker today, charged it, followed all the instructions and put the sensor on, just to have the app continually crash to the point I can't even create a login. Highly disappointed and if it continues for another day or two I'll send the entire rental back. Ridiculous. I've been trying to open the app for 6 hours.
Please dont get this. I got Wednesday night and put it on for that night. Quickly found put you have to be completely still you cant even get ready for bed. Also, it has to calibrate everytime you turn it on to record a session and if you're not completely still or have a toddler against you, you're screwed. Last night I was going to bed and put it back on to monitor contractions because it said I had 17 in 1 hour the night prior. I tried to work with it for over a hour and the app couldn't find
I'm a doula and I just had my baby Monday. Bloomlife was great to use to see the patterns of my contractions changing in the final weeks of pregnancy. I absolutely love and recommend Bloomlife. I do wish you could have more range of motion while tracking contractions, but other than that....I have no complaints. Customer service was always very helpful too.
The app most of the time I use it is always crashing or has some issues. It even recorded a "contraction" when its actually not connected to me as I couldn't seem to stop the recording and its draining the battery. Frustrating to use at times.
it never worked right and was overpriced for something I could not use. The features on the app never work, couldn't order patches, it won't let me order a return label. great idea too many kinks too pricey. 80 bucks a month for this. ..... not worth it.
6/7: You're not moving a single muscle while calibrating & you get to 12% when it drops percentage. It tells you to please be still and peacefully wait while it's calibrating. I've noticed that it happens when the sensor has 60-50% battery life which isn't that low! Support has not answered my emails. 6/10: They finally messaged back w/ instructions to reset. The quickest contact is Live chat but they need weekend people. 7/31: It didn't work, couldn't read my labor contractions. Used a timer.
I really enjoyed using my Bloomlife throughout the third trimester of my last pregnancy. It was very helpful in identifying my contraction patterns. I went into labor during the time of day when my uterus was most active, and was able to make it to the hospital just in the nick of time because of it! The L&D nurses were impressed! I recommend Bloomlife to all pregnant mothers! It is really worth the "rent." Thank you, Bloomlife, for a great service!
Awesome and so helpful for a stressed mom in the last trimester of pregnancy! Being able to see what was happening was totally priceless. Wish I could have used it for my first two pregnancies!
App is awful. I have been trying to use it since the 28th of July and it's now August 4th and I've gotten 2 days of use out of it. it either says "ending session" or looking for sensor. Will be sending back first thing tomorrow because I do not want to pay for one more week of fighting with this.
I loved Bloomlife and it helped calm me when I would get certain pains. Well worth the weekly payments! Only thing I didn't like was being still for an hour. I have 3 small kids and was unable to sit still that long.
It was very helpful to count and keep a record of contractions, I definitely recommend it and I plan to use it again for my next pregnancies!
Has only recorded 2 contractions. The rest have been small bumps or nothing at all. Can't make any notes. Sessions won't stop when I press stop
Did not work for me. Never able to connect the device to bluetooth. Troubleshooting did not work.
I was I labor at 33 weeks and I didnt even know it but thanks to bloomlife life I was able to detect it. If this wasn't my last baby I'd definitely use bloomlife again
Was really excited to use but the fact you have to lay or sit basically, perfectly, still made it useless to me.
Got mine at 36w and loved it since I didn't know what contractions felt like. Had son 37w3d and now he is 8 days old and I have requested label to return but nobody is sending it to my email. I am now paying for something i am no longer using.
Great device very helpful especially in the last days leading up to delivery.
been stuck at Full Sensor for 2 weeks even though it's not full and i even replaced my sensor
Loved the comfort of being able to see my contractions in real time and see the changes as my body approached labor.
it works great! i have had it for the past 4 weeks and i love it!! getting closer!
sense of comfort being able 2 monitor ur contractions from the comfort of ur own home!
Well worth the money and piece of mind! The counter was spot on and accurate!
Neat to see all the contractions. But too expensive
a lot of bugs.. so frustrating.
Great peace of mind when your due date is near.you can see the contractions you may not feel yet
Great! Easy to use
I love it...
I got this today (38 weeks and 2 days) and it worked the first time I turned it on but I had to go take my toddler potty and there's no pause. So I had to stop the whole session at 28 minutes or so, then start it again and it stopped picking up my contractions completely. It's kind of annoying. I've restarted it a couple times and just updated the app to see if that helps.
