Blu Club Privilege App

What's the use of this app if I can't even see the Club Option, I asked my friends, they are able to see the "Club" option, in my mobile, it's not visible.

Extremely bad experience. The app dosent function well. It dosent update and save changes u make on the app. Also when The teacher uploads messages and photos I am unable to view the same ever after having the latest version of the app. This defeats the purpose of the app as I have to rely on the school what's app group.

Please look into the following requirements which is of urgent and Priority in Nature. 1) When service requests are closed user has to be given more than two days to re-open the service requests since many services Requests are closed without Appropriate resolutions to reduce the number of open and pending requests. Atleast 7 days should be given to re-open unresolved service requests. 2) BLU APP should allow overseas number while registering the Account and Property for NRI's.

Pathetic app having reliability issues which does not work half of the times. Also the club facilities and services are not worth your money

This app misses a user friendly UI. Forces you to watch ads through timers. Finding the required info on the app is convoluted. copy paste from the app is disabled, sharing info from app is not possible other than thro screenshots

Option of new home in hiranandani gardens is not showing. Only my old home is showing. No reply after messaging also.

After the update today, the app has stopped working it dont even launch

Useless app. The date option just disappears and the most basic task of doing a simple booking cannot be done.

This is the app created for such a large commune? Really? It's completely useless. The address setting is so messed up, that it matched a place 500+ KMs from where I currently am at.

You should have an option to cancel the booking if someone has done it by mistake. Please add this option ASAP because it'l be usefull to other people... That was a bad deed not adding this option... I wasted ₹120 all due to that😞

App verifies the mobile number then sends a message saying error, this is absurd

This application is a privacy hazard. installation asks for access to phone microphone and camera. Why do I have to allow access to my camera and microphone just for booking at the clubhouse

I can't choose dates to book a slot. How do I book a morning slot in the evening.

all of sudden my mobile number is in-active and have no clue on whom to approach and how can I rectify! poor experience with this app.

worst app ever, crashes whenever I open it, or shows a black screen fix these issues guys -_-

Very bad app actually. No proper interface. The contact person who manges the app Mr Anil he is very irresponsible.

Never get the OTP to validate. Triefd many times. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Useless but I need this for my society
