I, m still testing the watch but this app needs a lot of work, it,'ll be nice if you can add new faces to the watch from the store trough the app like samsung wear app does... we'll see...
Got the blu watch, which seems to b doing what it does. The app however has so many flaws 😞. Needs work and better features available
The app keeps crashing I can't even do anything on it. I go to open it and it shuts down.
Omg. The app crashes every minute. I ve tried everything. This is ridiculous.

Very unfortunate, app software seems unfinished. Had input health stats in metric measurements, even though set to imperial settings. Temp for home town always in celcius, wouldn't switch. Contacts refused to sync in BT mode. Audio link from phone was choppy and distorted, and I was using the new Vivo X phone also from Blu. It's a great phone, but this watch seems like a half effort. Needs more TLC to polish it up.
I believe because I can't get the Sim card to work in the watch, a lot of features are not there. I've tried several times to get the Sim to work but to no avail. The wallpapers, contacts, text messages and notifications are not there. Everything else seems to work. If I can get the Sim to work I will rate again. If I can't, Blu can have it back.
Crashes constantly, always asks to resync the watch. The watch seems decent but it's impossible to know with this useless app.
A good start if there will be updates. Otherwise, I don't think many people will buy blu smartwatches given the app is an essential part of it and it's currently lacking. The product photos of the watch interface are nothing like the actual GUI to start. Connection to watch always disconnects and you need to establish a new connection/add a device at times. Very inconvenient. App (on top of BT already) drains massive phone battery (50%!) and watch drains quickly as well. Notifications are not reliable (app even tells you to restart if push notification isn't working). Needs major TLC.
App and watch are not up to date with Android's latest software. mssg, camera. , music , contacts does not work . Really disappointed with BLU.
it does what it say it will do....i had trouble getting the sim card to work at first but then realised it is inserted upside down...that's new lol....anyway, watch/app won't win any awards but i doubt that was a goal. judging from the incredible amount of permissions the app needs i assume blu is just mining data...i uninstalled but as i said, it did what its supposed to....
It does not work at all. I tried to connected to a Vivo 5R and to Vivo XI+ but the app crashes Everytime I tried to configured it. Please fix this error or I would return de smartwatch to the store
