App worked great for the first month. Then this morning, it says my login is invalid. Trying to re-login freezes on the loading spinner. Clicking forgot password either freezes or gives me a token exp. message (this looks like an uncaught backend exception devs, come on). This app, and by extension this scale, are now worthless to me since the scale literally won't even give me weight without being connected to the app. Now I need to buy a new scale
Fails to load regularly. Fails to connect to scales. Had never been reliable, I've had it a few years now, waiting for the app to be sorted out. The scales seem to work well, but they are let down by this unreliable app. Would love to find a suitable 3rd party app to use. If I do, I'll update this review.
It used to work great. Now it does not work anymore. Their website now goes to a 500 Internal Server Error. Maybe they have abandoned their product now it seems like... Kinda sad I spent so much money on this scale and now it's useless :-(
The scale calibration is hopeless. Tried removing the battery a number times to re-zero but the results are not consistent and can be up to 3 kg higher than my reference scale. Update. The Bluetooth connection is so flaky. I have no other bluetooth devices around to interefere with my phone's connection but it takes many tries before the scale will connect. Some mornings I just give up after say 5 mins and as many attempts. FINAL UPDATE 24/03/2017 The Blue Anatomy cloud server does not respond. Their security certificate has also expired. I would say they have gone bust and the user's data is not accessible anymore. Lucky the app can still send you an email with the data in a csv file attached. Good bye Blue Anatomy
I did this negative five star. This app did work on four devices but now does not work on any of my four devices, the scales are now useless and expensive waste of money. Can the manufacturer please sort out your website so we can wait ourselves again
Thia app was great until about 3 weeks ago when it suddenly crashed and lost everything. Now you cant even get into your account, even if you try to make a new one...it just says its loading and does nothing. They also didn't reply to my email about it or to anyone else on their facebook page. Don't buy the scale because it cannot connect and is useless now
App doesn't work on some phones, can't handle alias email addresses, and has serious security issues. Issues turned in to support have gone unfixed and unanswered for months. If you already forked out the cash for the scale, sorry. If you didn't, DON'T! Get something better.
Don't waste your money on this. I don't see why you need an app, or have to make an account just to use a scale. Constantly has trouble connecting, and keeps saying you're standing on the scale incorrectly. Got this at a thrift store, and it's going straight in the trash.
It is unable to link the scale and the phone. I've changed the batteries, the account, and the device. The scale has now been rendered useless, except as a very large paperweight or perhaps a blunt object with which to demonstrate its magnificent abilities to whomever released this. Completely worthless.
Got a new phone and when I try to log in the "please wait" loading wheel spins and never logs me in or anything. Totally useless now.
I was so excited about this app for my new scale until I tried using it. I've tried signing in multiple times and it does not work. An hour after trying to sign in it's still telling me to wait. I should have gone low tech.
Absolute rubbish. It works then doesn't work, then works, now doesn't work. Totally frustrating. Fortunately scales can still be used but only for weight and not BMI etc and no record.
Still stuck on a loading screen when trying to log in, even after creating a new account. Has rendered the scale useless and place of purchase won't accept refund even though the product is now defective
I contacted blueanatomy via e-mail and 4hrs later am still waiting for their answer about my password issue. As soon as I can sell this scale I'm buying something better, like other brand.
Wont let me login anymore. Just freezes. Always had trouble connecting to the scales.very pissed off

not sure what's going on but i have not been able to log in for two days, tried uninstalling and reinstalling but still doesn't work
This app used to be good. Originally rated 5 Now crap. Can't log in with normal user name. Registerd a new user ok. Won't log in to new user. Loss all previous records.
I am experiencing the same issues most others have reported. The support seems nonexistent. I would buy another product of I were you.

This app only connects maybe only 1 of 5 times I try. I don't think it's ever been updated. Buy a scale with better app support
I have tried 2 different Android phones, and neither can open the app, and I have been unable to link the scale to a phone. No wonder Frontgate is selling these for $30!
The app works alright. My main issue is that I can't change the time on it. It says I weighed myself at 6:10pm when I actually weighed in at 1:10pm. Also, I made a second profile for my fiancé and he uses a Moto X play 2015 and it doesn't work at all.
I can't even log in to start the app... keeps saying signing in and nothing is happening. It's been a few months now and it still doesn't work. It's been over 6 months and support still hasn't even gotten back to me.
This ap is a rillisnt tool.I have used it for the past 2 years without any problems. And its helping me trake and reach my health goals
This app is useless. Been onto support and for last two weeks and im still unable to sign into my account!
could do with updating to a standard lollipop design as at the moment it looks uncomfortably cheap and takkie. also date and time are set to different timezone regardless of tablets real time and date. with the product relying heavily on the app, you would think that they would fix at least the small issues but alas.
