This app is very difficult to navigate. I have tried to search for my booking but the app constantly switches the language from English to German. My hotel is also not listed. I was really excited to start browsing holidays through this app but sadly it is a bit of a let down.
The app for me is a backward step. You cannot find out anything in the hotel without the app. Much prefer a notice board. A holiday for me is to switch off from everything, which includes my phone as much as possible.
Unable to log into app with tui account details. Needs verification apparently, though still waiting for it.... FURTHER.. Had to create new TUI Blue account with existing TUI account credentials. App works well now. Given 4 ☆s due hassle of working out the issue. Otherwise, it would have been a solid 5☆s.
The App has worked extremely well on our part,it's just unfortunate that things don't get updated on the system at reception. So we get bookings confirmed on the App but reception don't recieve the bookings. This is causing confusion & more stress for staff & customers alike.
It's all in German and I can't see any way of changing the language to English. The app is completely useless as I cannot understand a word of it! If someone can please explain how to get the app in English then maybe my rating would be higher 🤷♀️ *edited - Thank you. I now have the app in English 👍
Although my hotel is on the app, it's not on the drop-down list for adding a booking (Atlantica Aphrodite hills). No idea how I'm meant to use the app without that! Useless.
Useful to book kids club. However cudnt report a broken coffee table in the hotel room. Also cannot cancel a restaurant reservation. The TUI staff and reception staff need to stop dismissing the App, saying it's not working. This means guests lose faith in the app and don't use it. Ironic.
Frustrating! Can't log into account despite resetting password. Can't see any other method or way to pre-book meals in hotel restaurants so more than a bit frustrating!
Have downloaded the app and found my reservation but when I go into the 'blue' part to see the pinboard activities it directs my to download the app! Thought I'd follow the link in case it was a slightly different app and just get told you already have this app
A well made app with good navigation and also easy to contact the hotel reps at the hotel with any questions.
Seem to have forgotten to design it with the user in mind. Extremely difficult to navigate, several things do not work without giving the user any idea of WHY it doesn't work.
I have downloaded this app for my upcoming holiday and it will not let me log in - the page does not load after I enter my details. I need this resolving as I have to use this app to book clubs/activities whilst on holiday.
Tells me my email does not exist them when I sign up it says I already have an email address. Absolute rubbish! Also I had 10% off experiences with my old TUI Ap and the code has disappeared.
It does not pick up reservations nor does it allow you to add one in and is half in German, half English.
Doesn't work, hotel we booked not even listed and is making this a very stressful holiday. Can't pre-book any of the kids activities
Won't even let me register for a new account or email to ask for help! Update: I was able to register a new account later in the day, but now I cannot seem to import my existing booking for later in 2022.
Poor performance and told by Tui staff it was important to have to book things at the hotel in but doesn't seem to do anything but want to sell you a new holiday.
App is working well while on resort, Able to book for meals, report problems with the a/c etc
Unable to link my booking to use the app ad I would have wished. Also converts to German.
Amazing for the you & your kids. Staff are 100%. Really nice & good with the kids.
It's not as straightforward as the standard TUI app can't even retrieve my booking can't work out where I'm going with this app
Crashes and doesn't save info. The app was working fine for about 5 days then it crashed & had to be reinstalled. It doesn't save basic info like how many people, room number or meal requirements. I also don't think that hotel is actually ensuring people stuck to their booked times for meals & they definitely aren't ensuring all food allergies are catered for. It has been useful to check opening times and events and the booking reminders are good.
I was unable to link my booking and for some reason the app moves from English to German when I tried to register. However I was able to select the hotel I'm staying at and it was useful to see all the activities and times. You can also book exercise classes or activities and the app gives you a reminder before it starts which is extremely helpful.

No idea how to work this app. No where to register or log in or add booking so just a useless app!
Following on from my previous 1* review, you told me that I could book restaurants etc in the app even if my booking was not linked to it. Well, I can't! The app is telling me I am staying in completely the wrong hotel in Greece for a start, when I am staying in menorca. There are no options anywhere to book facilities for my room for my baby, or to book any restaurants... can you give me a step by step guide in A) how I access the correct hotel and B) how I access restaurants to book them?
This app is fantastic for making restaurant reservations and booking onto fitness classes. I even had the notifications come through on my Android watch before they started. Originally I downloaded this app a too early, gave it a 1* due to the difficulty in getting the app to recognise my booking but, I didn't realise that you receive an email with your TUI Blue reference for the app 10 days before travel. The TUI Blue App team were really helpful in helping me to get the app working in advance.
Very poor functionality. Guests are signposted to use the app, but the majority of services can't be accessed, it directs you to another app/website and it is prone to crashing. Also, the English in the app is poor. For local staff profiles, I accept that they are not writing in their native language. However, the guidance for various services is difficult to understand in places. My advice, just talk to reception. The app is redundant.
