Program does not show credit available. Nor does it allow you to easily pause "all" deliveries nor cancel service. Hate companies that offer credit to rejoin, then doesn't show if you got the credit you were promised and then holds you and your account captive. BS to say the least.
Difficult to navigate at times... also thought 2 times I changed my meals for the week, only to have it send me meals i don't like.. not sure if it didn't save my changes but like I said, difficulty navigating to change at times
So far I've enjoyed ordering from them and using the app. The service works out well for a couple eating an average amount, saves time and sometimes ingredients are missing but customer service is responsive. Better quality than hello fresh in my experience.
Cancelling the subscription is very difficult. Overall app is not easy to navigate. Recipes are okay. Using Hello fresh is much easier.
Recipes are easy since I love to cook. The app allows me to change things & add if needed. Easy to use this app.
It's not much variety, and it's mostly tv dinners. It's a minimum of $55 a week for 4 servings frozen Lean Cuisine. If that sounds worthwhile to you, leave your house.
Don't bother. There's better services. Blue apron messed up my delivery twice before I cancelled only for them to charge me for another delivery. All I've gotten for all my troubles btw was a $5 credit to blue apron what a joke
No option to cancel subscription. Gatekeeps the skip week option my focing an answer to why you want to skip a week.
Ironically the App feedback link throws an error. I found that issue trying to report another UI error, sooooo yeah. But the service is great.
Blue Apron is a new experience for me. I purely enjoy cooking and I am very pleased with each recipe so far.
App icon keep disappearing from phone thats the only reason for 3 stars I also tried multiple other delivery options and Blue Apron is the best in my opinion as far as food quality and diversity of recipes hellop not fresh was the worst
1st order was more than I needed. Cancelled following week. Then received next week. Just more than a single person needs. Good food. Only had one muffin w mold. Cancelled subscription, however they still contacted me for next week.
Very disappointed. After spending money on Groupon I keep getting booted off app. When I put my card information on there I keeps going back to pick meal plans. Won't be making that mistake again.
The cooking guide leaves out ingredients and steps. I have read and re-read these directions and always am disappointed
It doesn't flow hard to tell what's saved and how much each week. Hello fresh has a much easier flowing with more explanation as you go.

App works great in terms of tracking orders, reviewing past orders and rating to provide a better experience in the future. Some upgrades to the app would be videos of the recipes and making sure the user can see all of the instructions. At times the instructions get cut off at the bottom of the screen.
Received a free week and canceled when my order was processing and "uncancelable" yet never received my order. If I had tried to cancel a processing order that I had to pay for, there is no doubt I would have been charged. Clear double standards and bad business practices leave no doubt why their business is failing. Also had to reset my password every time I logged in because the same password that I signed up with or changed was incorrect. What a joke
App would not let me sign up. I did have a Blue Apron account. After a reinstall, etc., etc., it is working. Although Blue Apron is a very good, gourmet, meal kit service, this app continued to have problems after many months. It obviously has not been well tested. There are usability problems. (The Blue Apron website also has usability problems.) Although one can rate recipes from one to five stars, the option to make comments only sometimes works. There is no option too attached photos to comm
Notifications are almost impossible to read and rating a recipe is poorly done. I was missing an item from a recipe and was asked which item while rating recipe. I backed out to find the name of the ingredient missing and app simply accepted my rating without allowing me to enter the ingredient name that I was missing. Also, when m thg wife and I get notifications, we can never read the entire notification because as soon as we select it, it disappears.
The app is fine but you should be able to edit recipe feedback. You can't even view the feedback you gave let alone add feedback later if you misclicked after rating

App has been fine but recently has stopped syncing tracking info.
Terrible user experience with app. Terrible first time experience with actual food (chicken leaked over whole package) was waiting on refund to try again and see if 2nd attempt was better, unfortunately still waiting on refund so haven't been able to order (said 5-7 days to process 15 days ago) no plans to renew sub after terrible service all around. Do not recommend. There are better food apps trust me.
Of the 3 meal subscription services we've tried Blue Apron has been my least favorite app. It seems as though in its attempts to be "easy to navigate" it's actually more difficult, such as swiping to the next week's options rather scrolling to the next meal option for that week or not realizing it was the last option. And to list an email address to put a hold on or discontinue service could only be done in order to deter the option and make it more difficult.
As simple as it may look, the layout isn't the smoothest. As for the service itself, I am disappointed for as much as they charge, I wasn't able to track my first order, I clicked on the tracker and it kept refreshing the page. The delivery is later than the estimated time which is understandable but it's annoying I can't find out where it's at or when to expect it when the time of arrival is already pushing very late in the day.
Intuitive app. Seems to work well - no crashes (Android).
This app is easy to navigate and easy to read. Works quickly and flawlessly on my android.
An app review: Overall okay. Managing service is decent. Except canceling. Searching for past recipes is near impossible. It's easier to Google and open result in app.
So easy to navigate. It is right there at my fingertips to skip or unskip weeks or change meals. Don't have to log in and out. Easy peasy. Regarding the food choices? The best EVER. Seriously. I tried others and some of them were a step above Lean Cuisine. Disgusting. Blue Aprons meats are tender and fresh. The spices are such I would never have tried if not for their recipes. I have used this service since they started over 3 years ago. I am so grateful for them. I expect the best from them.
