The app in general works fine, but needs an update; Interface wise plus bugs that needs fixing, I was trying to enter a promo code and pay online, the promo code was not applied for a reason I don't know, though I followed the steps correctly (I guess that's a bug that needs fixing). Please work on it, as your company deserves a better app. Thank you

Worst service ever! I HAVE BOOKED MY trip 10 days earlier! And I need to change the departure date they want charge me for 7% amendment fees! And the trip is still after 10 days? Also the application and the website is a complete trash. I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO PAY AND make the amendment and it won't search for trips. Never never to consider it

The useability of the application is a little bit poor while searching for trips. Most of the trips are not available. Need to cover more trips. How can I garantee that this app is secure to use my Debit/Credit card on it

The application doesn't save credentials. It doesn't even save Language preferences. This ossue is very frustrating. Plz find a way to sort things out...

Good Application! Just the verification SMS is not sent to my mobile. I tried several times to resend it but I couldn't receive any messages. This just need a fix.

Economy The driver is kind and the seats are better than gobus however the bus itself is smelly and in a bad condition. There's no sound system the air-condition is dirty, it full of dust. Wifi is not good and not all of the seats have usb aux. The bus is not stable at all. I felt like there's no o2 so most of the passengers felt dizzy and sleepy. They didn't mention that we gonna spend an hour in the bus in Hurghada to get to different stations. I respect the crow and allpeople I delt with.

This is awful app! You cannot book a return ticket, no schedules, no conditions and terms and you can't even send a complaint! This is very disappointing

It's unbelievable how bad is this application, Very buggy , very bad ,very slow. You won't be able to login or to do any thing , it's just waste of time dealing with this company

Worst app ever, bad experience travelling with them. Changed my seats without informing me. I'm very disappointed and will never use blue bus again.

Very bad app we can not change the booking day or time with very bad system as the call center or the store agent has no idea to correct the problem which make us lose time and money...

Bad transportation company ... all trips time are delayed .. no commitment and bad software

It's overpriced. The bus picked me up at the road from Sharm to Dahb for 110-150 EGP compared to similar companies, I pay from 35-90 EGP.

No ticket checking what so ever anyone can get on the bus and they have no idea who is who and if they have tickets or not or even if they are on the correct bus or not.

Just a webview for the website !

Tried to book a ticket to Sharm. It kept telling me no trip found at the date I choose, looking for the nearest trip and nothing comes up.
