Not enough information, the app is slow, and it almost always wants to redirect you to their website. The app is essentially pointless.
I have had to download this app several times. I have the latest version installed. Everytime I try to log into the app I receive the following message "we are experiencing technical difficulties at this time, please try again later". Do not download the app, go online and log in.
Won't let me login, reset my password, or anything else. I retrieved my username from you, but the app keeps telling me it's wrong. I can't even get my cards, look for an in network doctor. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and restatarted my phone to no avail.
Ok app. Tends to freeze and shut down. Lately it won't even sign in. I usually end up going to the website. I ended up changing insurances. The app freezing was a huge drawback. Another issue was payments. Through the phone system you could pay with check, debit or credit. The app only supported checks and credit. For us on a budget using debit is how we manage. It didn't store payment info. either so you always have to re-enter which is frustrating and time consuming.
App doesn't work! You must use the password entry method to log in rather than finger print or pin option otherwise the app just spins and will not open. Once logged in with password the app is still not functional. I am only able to view one of the three ID cards on my plan. This app needs to work and work well! I'm not sure what has happened since early January when it was functional.
Absolutely terrible app. Has only worked opened maybe twice since I've downloaded it in 2017. Lol. I have Uninstalled and reinstalled so many times. Restarted my phone. It doesn't matter. The website is honestly just as bad. You would think as much as we pay in premiums that they could make a suitable, simple application where we could check and pay our bills? I suppose not.
This app has so many faults, it's become easier to turn on a computer and use the BCBS website the old fashioned way. It's impossible to pay your bill, looking at the explanation of benefits always gives an error, and with the latest update, it hangs at a blue screen before it even lets you log in. Utterly worthless app.
Worked really well when I first installed the app. The app was updated quicker than the website and was easy to use. After about a week though, it no longer recognized my username or password even though it worked with my online login. Tried several times to uninstall and reinstall, hoping that might fix the problem, but it never changed and just uninstalled it permanently.
App won't open, saying internet difficulties. My internet is just fine. All my other devices are running fine, so what's the issue???

Same issue as everyone else. App won't do anything due to a connection error even though the internet is fine.
this app is not helpful or useful it keeps making you reset your password and everytime I do and try to log back in it tells me to enter a valid username and password no matter how many times I reset it. it's very frustrating and just not very professional the conabpy needs to do better in making sure these issues do not keep happening. it also won't let you verify your email because it says your info doesn't match there records because it makes you keep redoing it.
I haven't been able to access the app for the past week to start paying a bill. It keeps saying that there is technical difficulties. My connection is fine but this is extremely frustrating. Update: Issue still persists, I am unable to login on both the app and the website.
I really wanted this to work... I have been able to make a payment once using the app. "Technical Issues" persist even after an update which promised "bug fixes." Sometimes it will act as though it went through all for my bill to become late because I had to call into the phone line! Please fix this!
I agree with many of the other reviews, have had multiple issues trying to login, says it doesn't recognize my ID or password, had multiple times that I cannot complete payment transactions, very frustrating to know we pay this much money for insurance and they can't afford a working app! Doesn't feel safe or secure
This app absolutely does not work. I have uninstalled and reinstalled a few times with the latest version. Keep getting a connection message while I have a great connection. I hope the insurance works better than the app.
App looks ok, but its so buggy it drives me crazy. Every time I try to use it some part of it doesn't work. in fact, ive yet to have it successful process a payment in a years worth of use....i have to go to the online site to pay. sometimes even that doesn't work because the website is shakey as well....so annoyed
Absolutely useless. Every time I try to pay my bill with the app, I get an error message. Every time I try to send a message asking for help, I get a useless, computer generated response and then a notification that "your case has been closed".
Was informed of update by Google Playstore. Could not update the update, though I tried nearly every method listed to resolve the issue. Finally uninstalled the app, restarted phone, then tried to reinstall the app. Was not successful. Tried to reinstall later. Was unsuccessful again. Wasn't a useful update for me.
Pretty slow, not as comprehensive as the website when searching for providers. Glitches and kicked me out twice in 20 minutes. But it does confirm in network facilities/Dr's. Buch easier than waiting on the 800 line
Well for starters i cant pay my bill with a credit card because of "technical issues" that have been going on since i downloaded this damn app so i have to use a bank draft. 2nd i cant even read my messages. It shows i have 2 messages and i cant even open them, just takes me to a blank screen.
6/30/2020 one star-When app tried to update I received error message. Troubleshooting led to uninstall/reinstall but the app will not reinstall. Submitted logs. Please help. Update on 7/1/2020- still no response . I see several others have posted the same issue but developer response on each one is that has never been reported before. Well yes it has, 4 or 5 times right here. I think that fits the definition of being reported before. Update 7/2/2020- review back to 5 stars. Thanks for fixing.
I followed the suggestion of uninstall and re-install the only thing that changed was a request for feedback pops up in addition to the small green one on the screen. Can not even login seems like blue only cares about getting the feedback and not providing a functional product. Not even being able to login has to be unacceptable...
App is awful. It use to work just fine but now I can't get past the log in page. It keeps coming up with network error. I've uninstalled and reinstalled but nothing different.
App used to work great but now I am unable to login, even though I'm using the same username and password that logs in successfully on a browser. I've tried resetting my password, uninstalling and then reinstalling the app, hasn't dolved the problem yet.
Always has technical difficulties. Rarely processes a payment. I use this once a month to pay and more than half the time I have to inconveniently wait on the phone for some rude customer service rep. This is ridiculous. Do something with your app!
The app works and connects you to a fair amount of resources within your insurance plan, as well as providers and services. There's the occasional error for some pages, but I don't know if those are under development at the time or if it was a bug.
I have never been able to open the app since I got it. Seems everyone is having the same issue. It gives me a error message stating it's having connection issues and that I should check my internet. My internet is fine. The app is broken. And I have it set to automatic updates and my phone is new. The app is the issue.
