Easily the most useless app i have ever tries. No connection errors. Lousy search results.
will not let me log in. says invalid credentials, but my log in info is correct and can log on to the website. emailed them qbout it but never got a response.
Like many others, I can't log into the app but can log in just fine on the website. Has been this way for MONTHS.
doesn't recognize my username and password , even though I was just on the website , logged in , this app is worse than a government app , absolutely useless
Cannot log onto app on update. Old no problem. Told BC no response from any IT person in 2 yrs what a FARCE!!
It will not recognize my login and I know it's correct because I can login on the computer.

cant log in. what the heck??
After I installed the app I was able to log in. But after I closed and re opened the app it gets stuck on the loading screen.
Finally fixed crashing so I can log in, but still crashes constantly during use. Won't support provider lookup near me either. All this app really can do is show me my medical card.
Since my last review they have fixed the crashes, thank you! App is very nice now.
Nothing works on the app. Horrible for such a large company
The BCI website said this app would be the best way to look up medical providers while on travel. The app was worthless, kept spitting out disclaimers regarding its imperfect, and then kicked me back to the BCI website for me to muddle through again. Do not bother using this app. It is useless.
If I could rate lower than 1 star, I would. I'm just trying to find an in network doctor and the website wouldn't work on my phone so I downloaded the app, and it crashes every time I try to use it. Worthless. Very frustrating
I can't look up an urgent care provider to save my life (figuratively not literally at least) and their website might be worse saying there are exactly 0 medical providers in Idaho.
Same issue as everyone else. Doesn't stay open. Let me know when you get it fixed.
I have tried several times to access the application on my new Samsung Edge, and cannot. Every time I receive an error that the application quit working.
Couldn't even start using the app. Should be able to give this 0 stars.
When I put in my credentials and hit log in, app immediately force closes. Verizon galaxy note 5.

Usually don't review apps, but so upset with this one. Garbage app. Can't get past login screen. Lord knows we pay enough in insurance that they shoukd have a decent app.
I would give this app 0 stars if I could. Can't log on, haven't been able to for 6 months, called and emailed customer service about it with promises of getting it fixed and still nothing. Absolutely terrible.
