Access has stopped working on my phone. Called Blue Eagle.. they said there was some problems with certain carriers. I haven't had this problem in the past with my carrier. Pretty worthless now.
I have been a member for years. Used atms around the world, had pay auto deposited in foreign countries and all worked smoothly. Most years not in the same state as physical institution Hope it works as well for everyone!
App works really great to make transfers and deposit. NOW went to use remote deposit and it does not work. I need remote deposit due to where I live.. Remote deposit did work in December 2018.
TERRIBLE.....BLUE EAGLE redone their web site and log in app which has created a mess ! Can't even access accounts or account info !! Reps @ Blue Eagle doesn't even know how to fix this isssue but I DO !! I am preparing to move all of my funds (over $ 120,000.00) to another banking institution !!!!
Not very good. Never works and always crashes.
I have been with this credit union since 1985 and highly recommend it. Excellent service and the new system is GREAT.

Awesome response from both Blue Eagle CU and developer. To send out a fix. I haven't tried it yet but cudos on the quick response and fix. I have a Pixel 3 xl running Android 9. I have used this app in the past with no problems. Now I am not able to take a picture of my check for remote deposit. Not sure if it's a compatibility issue with Android 9 or not. Please update as I use the remote deposit function quite often .
Should put a fingerprint reconnection to sign in. It's kinda annoying to do type in my account number, and 2 security type question.
Terrible :( Not a "real" app, just the regular website accessed through an app. It can deposit a check, that's the only difference.
Since the recent update cant login..isint compatable with my phone it says :(
I used to love this app but since the most recent update it won't work at all. I don't live in the area anymore but kept the account so I can make sure I can get money to my daughter who is in college. But now I can't do the mobile deposit or transfer money to her account. I called the branch but they said it's nothing they can do. Extremely disappointed!!
Good for basic use but not very high quality. Love this institution for financial needs this app is not one of their greatest achievements..
attempting remote deposit closes the app. been trying for days. please fix this. only help I got from call center was to uninstall and reinstall the app. still didn't work.

Camera doesn't focus a lot on the remote deposit.
App looks like it was made in 2007. I'll use the mobile site instead.

Why can't I see if my direct deposit come through on the app or my available balance.
App just... doesn't work for hours at a time. When I eventually give up and try to open their website on my phone instead, it usually won't load either. This only started happening about month ago, so whatever changes were made then need to be undone. I need to be able to access my account without driving across town regularly.
