Light therapy has a lot of uses, blue light for reduction on melatonin, and there are other kinds that even clear acne or increase healing rates. Use this light while doing a morning breathing exercise to get morning energy and reduce lethargic statem in the winter, combine with artificial sunlight for a half hour a day and ur at 100%
I love a lot of light. I never realized until I received a light therapy light, how much I needed light therapy. I put a light therapy lamp along with several other gifts on my holiday list. I feel great when I use it. Family members think I'm weird looking at a bright light. I was hoping an app could do the same. I bought this app & love it. I use blue variable & white. I live in Chicago Illinois & would feel down during the holidays. I heard about SAD but I didn't know I had/have it.
I'm a truck driver and use this on the edge of my vision to keep from getting drowsy. Great for Short winter days or nightshifts.
You could get the same benefit, or better, by just googling a color on Google and turning up your brightness. Sure as hell wouldn't pay for it
A good idea. It needs to be combined with an alarm to turn the app on automatically
You have to pay to look at different colors this is dumb if I wanted too I could just search up any color on google I want for FREE. Dont waste your money on this dumb app

Works very well for what it is intended for.
Works as advertised. I was looking for a blue light therapy app, and this one is simple, intuitive, and works well. .99 cents to allow for other color options seems like a great deal and gives a little compensation to the dev. Nice app.
