Biometrics used to be supported but not supported anymore. At least the PIN is still here and mostly works. You have to verify phone number and re-enable PIN login every 90 days or so. Of course, they never tell you that your PIN login gets disabled, so it's simply something you're supposed to know on your own. The app is okay. Also lets you access full websites which is usually what I do through this app to be able to do external transfers etc.

All of Blue's online services are terrible, including the app. Easily recognizable that they haven't put much time or money into them. We have had too many issues to name, but the biggest one is after infilled out an auto loan application , it tried to submit it multiple times and failed. I'll be using another bank for that loan. What a headache.

I posted a 1 star review, then tried again and was able to finally use the mobile deposit feature...I'm hoping successfully...fingers crossed. I'm not sure if Blue has the technical capabilities to effectively utilise the mobile banking they are offering, but if it actually works, eventually, I'm *okay* with it taking forever.

Very slow to update anything. No transaction alerts available unless you use another app which will only give you card transaction alerts. Behind the times.

I am rather new to the credit union. This place has phenomenal rates and services. Unfortunately, their app and website are sorely lacking. They desperately need to hire an app developer that knows what they are doing.

This app is horrible won't open I've been trying all day long. I'm starting to feel that banking with Blue Federal was a big mistake. If they can't control their app and keep it working makes me wonder??

18 year member here. Similar financial institutions have severely gained ground on Blue with their advancements in online banking. Blue is an inferior financial institution thats desperately needs to upgrade its services.

Convenient, but ABSOLUTELY HATE how people can get my phone and access ALL my bank info without having to sign in to the app.

I dont know what yall did to the app yesterday when maintenance was happening but yall broke my app and now i cant log in. Useless

This app has been down for well over a month. It will not open. Definitely an inconvience.

Won't let me in to see my accounts. Uninstalled the app, put it back in and it still won't let me.

Works great for checking balance and doing transfers. a little outdated

Love the app. I can transfer within or out. Pay for my loan. Submit a deposit. And other amazing financial resources.

mobile deposit only works 50 percent of the time. It just spins once you hit verify. Ridiculous

Typically works well for checking account but have issues with the mobile deposit feature.

Application is fine. Wished it had fingerprint support.

Pretty user friendly, difficult to navigate sometimes

I have no problem with Blue Federal Credit Union. I been with them since they have old name used to be Warren Credit Union

You can't start an account because you can't even get in it after you download it.
