In the beginning the app worked but now all I get is the internet is not working.
Stopped working. Says I don't have internet connection when browser works. Cleared cache and memory, even reinstalled to same message. And yes, I restarted my phone 10x.
Doesn't show ratings, which the main website does. Kinda useless if it doesn't contain the same features as the main website.
App stopped working and keeps saying I have no internet connection.
Keeps telling me that I don't have an internet connection. I uninstalled and reinstalled and restarted my phone several times and it still doesn't work! Please fix this.
Is there seriously no way to log out and log back in as a different user, or to change the plan enrollment??? I logged in as guest at first and selected the wrong plan and I can't change the plan or log out as a guest to log in as a member.
Nice I love this app
I read all the negative feedbacks and wasn't going to try the app, but i tried it anyway and although it might be too soon to give it 5 stars. If i try it again and it works the same way i will update my feedback. It worked well for me.
Every time i try to use it there is an error message and says I have to call to find providers.
With new update the App is even worse. Just go online, it is 1000% before
This app does not use accurate information! You can not trust it! You have to use the website for accurate info.
Though great to get a suggestion on providers, it dies not assure me that the offering is an "associated" (or accepts fep) or, part of the PPNetwork.
What a waste of time down loading this app

App is no longer allowing me to get to login screen; shows im in system as a guest only.
Useless app
App is unable to find any doctors in my area. Tried expanding radius, can only find hospitals and urgent care centers.
Only useful in finding doctors, I really think they should be able to display useful ratings
This app includes dental providers listed as in-network that are not covered. After talking with Manuel from BCBS, they acknowledged the discrepancy, but refused to investigate further.
I have no problem with this app. Works quite well and had found Mr doctors, etc within my radius.
Tells me there are no providers for any service within 50 miles of me. I am two miles from DCH Regional Medical Center, which is absolutely in network for just about every possible service.
Needs a link to the websites for the urgent cares since it doesn't give the hours of operation.
As a new user, had a hard time getting the requested info. Never got a provider's name etc. Didn't seem user friendly.
Great app, BUT Blue Cross has stopped using it and it should NOT be available for download unless they release a CURRENT version! Google, please check with Blue Cross and remove this app unless they tell you differently!
