Best client app i found to communicate with Esp32. Easy to send ASCII. Automatically receives messages from the server. Still, i wish for a terminal interface.
So much information. I dont understand much of it, I didn't know Bluetooth sends and receives all this stuff constantly in the background, seeking, listening. My Spidey senses were tingling. I will reinstall this when this the BT topic is on my geeky learning radar. Thank-you.
it doesn't connect with my kit with particular one device "Samsung galaxy J max" ...I have tested with various device it works fine with all...but it is not working with this Samsung device. ...

Kindly optimize for 18:9 screens. It always stretches the length of the app until certain buttons on the screen becomes missing and inaccessible.
not working with beacons
Got updated two days ago, ble device-name characteristic show different name from what app show, it keeps showing older name like OTA. rest seems good.
It crashes a lot when I try the Bluetooth Browser.
The demo app has good potential but it is lacking. I think that to demo the proximity profile, you really need to display the distance raw value, instead of having an image of a blinking LED. That only demonstrates that the proximity profile reading is probably not stable enough and thus you had to go with the blinking image only.
If you require extra and seemingly intrusive permissions you should explain exactly what you need them for.
It's big issue in silicon labs app please provide stable version. Not even developer email also not working
Version 1.4.1 is working greatly
One key thing for me is to be able to update RTC at a BLE device using Service 0x1805 and Characteristic 0x2A08. But with this app it only seems to work manually by entering YYYY, MM, DD, hh, mm, ss. The app ought to have a quick button for automatic time grabbing of the Android/iOS device, then Bluetooth it over to the BLE device. Apart from that this is a great & useful app. Sadly also it has no NO landscape support, e.g. for Samsung S5e/S7 Tabs and Planet Gemini/AstroSlide. No rotation!
