Weight sensors are as advertised. Accurate within 500 lbs, for a while. You have to recalibrate periodically with no changes to the truck that could possibly alter the weight. I bet I spent more on scaling to calibrate the sensors than I would've not having bought the sensors. One of the sensors quit working after about 9 months, not sure if the sensor went bad or battery died, but being pretty useless to begin with I haven't bothered looking into it.

Eld is a joke. I bought it mainly to track mileage for ifta until I start running on my own authority. Then if satisfied would've used for my eld service. Starting off using it, the eld didn't switch to driving automatically for the first couple weeks. I'm pretty sure this is due to not having the app open. Still after discovering this, the eld has failed to switch, though not to often, to drive mode even with the app open. I've not used it to track mileage yet due to this. Total waste of money

Terrible connecting on air scales takes over 25 minutes can't get any customer service either Update I get the usual response about battery optimization. Well developer it's off. It's been off. They've tried that whole checking settings. Ran through the gambit. Was supposed to get a call from tech that was a month ago and no phone no email.

I've been using this since the ELD mandate and its buggy. After updates itll get better but then a new bug shows up. Example: now when my phone is in its QI iOttie charging cradle, I can not scroll the menu up or down. That's the 3 bars in upper left corner. Also drops are common but less frequent than they were. App shut down less common now. I do like certain features with last update. Memory save of last 4 or 5 note entries. It's not a bad app but I do see room for improvement. I'd recommend.

For the most part the ELD part works perfect. If you are using the IFTA to keep track of your miles, DON'T!!!! Just in the last three weeks, it dd not record miles for 7 states. I am dedicated, so I know how many miles are in each state. This app is off the majority if the time. The problem is that it uses breadcrumbs, your ECM odometer reading and the GPS to calculate your state mileages. WRONG!! When the breadcrumb is 20 miles into a state, that is when it changes what state you are in, this is not good as you can get into big trouble with the state for "falsifying" your IFTA records!! This app needs to use your devices GPS ONLY for this to work properly. But will they do this, so far they are refusing to make this necessary change to the app. I will be cancelling my subscription until such a time as they get this one major bug fixed!

Edit/Reply to BIT: Still freezes on almost every startup. Still fails to function even when it doesn't freeze. Not changing my review. Absolute garbage. When the app actually doesn't crash on startup (which is rare) it still fails to function in any aspect. Been trying to make it work for 2 days now with no progress. Uninstalling and returning the air scale we purchased and hoping Blue Ink Tech's return/refund policy isn't the total fraud that I suspect it is.

I am disappointed in the air scale. It is linked to a logbook app. for one. This is a completely unnecessary app. When all you need is an app for the scale. It will throw repeated codes for you to optimize your settings to run all the time. It uses unnecessary battery life and even after talking to their tech support I still never got the unit to link to the app. I'm an owner operator and ordered this while away from home. So of course I didn't have time to return the item before end of trial.

This is a scam. Read the history. I paid for a stand alone system to read my axles. This is NOT a stand alone system. This relies on internet for the app to communicate with the server. Without internet, it doesn't work. Unless the app was updated, it's of very little use in reading axles, since I can't put it on a separate device, as planned. With the responses I've seen so far, I'm beginning to suspect it might be mining data as well. That fits the profile of the thinking of the "developer".

Awesome app! Dreadful device design. I found out by mistake that the device overheats easily... The hard rubber around the mini motherboard has zero heat dissipation. I cut all of the rubber off of mine with a hot knife to see that it even held tight to the processor. If you keep your truck cool, it will work fine but if you like to be toasty, you're going to have to modify or find something else.

Seems i have to recalibrate the sensors on EVERY load, and then they are not very accurate...they fluctuate as much as 1500 lbs. I was closer to axle weights when i was utilizing the gauges on the truck and trailer. I compare this to using google maps for truck routes... only gives a rough estimate. I have downloaded the update so we'll see if that corrects any issues. I will revise this critique with the outcome in a couple days.

I had to buy a new Ellips tablet from Verizon to get the gps info to work with the app. App worked well for about 1 year. But since the last upgrade the app stopped grabbing the gps data from my tablet. BIT says is the tablet, even though everything functioned properly before the upgrade. Customer service is now non-existent since I don't subscribe to any monthly features.

I like running it but wish it would calculate what time 10 hour break is up and tell you what time you can roll. Wish it was a little more detailed. Also wish they would put in optional screen modes like black background for night use.

I think this app is easy to use. Great for a one truck owner operator like me. Would have gave it 5 stars if I could email my logs to my office at home from the app. The sales and Tech Support staff have made my experience with this product great. I used it in a Freightliner and a Volvo truck with zero problems.

I had problems with other ELD devices since I'm running Hotshot with a F450. This device and app have ran great with only a couple minor glitches that were immediately resolved. I've been using this system now for almost two years and will install it on my next truck as well. 👍👍

Just not worth it. Waiting for reading at least 10 minutes, and then show wrong weight. Than after three days show something close to right weight. I was looking for something to save my time, but this is not for sure right way.

New update won't start at all. Crashes instantly. You really should offer separate apps for people who only need individual functions. I only need the air scale. The app for that should only be active when I check it and require far less resources.

Fairly decent app, have a lot of problems with notes being saved. If you use yard move, then on-duty, when you pull out again it will take you back to yard move, have to monitor it alot to insure its under driving mode

I've had this device for over a year always a problem with every single update periodically through the week you have to uninstall it and reinstall it I've had the app on many different devices I have them in all three trucks and everybody has problems we've become used to it

Just updated the app its supposed to have bug fixes instead its bugging out ...eld tools are hiding.. home screen is blank im only seeing the road backdrop nothing in the setting is helping. Not cool way too buggy.

I got this to replace my current eld. After a few days going back and forth, it would not change automatically to drive, I had to put in manual. Tec just said it won't work on my truck...?? Ok 2000 Ford f 350, they only made 800,000 of them. Would not recommend. Wasted over a week. And had to pay for return mail, so I paid 30$ to try it, Total bs

Been having ongoing issues now for over a couple of months ELD no longer does anything automatically. Have to manually put in everything when start driving stop driving e t.

I have had numerous problems with this app. Last quarter, even though I paid for, none of my data for IFTA was there. They sent me a new ELD, and it's still not working right.

has anyone had this app delete s whole days log? i parked Friday night for over 10 hours. worked all day Saturday. woke up Sunday morning and all of Saturday was gone. it said i was on duty not driving since Friday night. this is thr first major problem ive had since September 2017, other than the occasional Bluetooth not connecting

Been using this devise for a year. Still keep loosing the blue tooth connection once in a while and it won't record a few miles. But other than that we are satisfied with it.

Works great now. I am using a different dedicated phone for a month now and no problems. Great price.

Do not buy it throwing 300 dollars to garbage it doesn't work assignment of sensors as I got new with complete dead battery and must be replaced and calibration is impossible I spent several times with full tanks hours to calibrate it when one sensor is ready second one disconnected and you can do what ever you want doesn't work customer service is almost impossible reach so buy yourself something for pleasure when this useless garbage. Needs a way to manually set the tare weights. This is taki g up to 30 minutes to calibrate and i still cant get accurate weights either empty or loaded.

Never had an issue till last month some logs only show up on the web I've lost a lot of logs that doesn't upload at all it seems that the updates made it worst I also purchased their tire pressure sensor and they don't work half the time 2 weeks ago I had a leak on the sensor passenger steer tire and it blew I lost a steer tire almost got into an accident because of that faulty sensor and 2 of my drive tires where leaking also I'm only keeping the membership for a tax write off.

I inherited my ELD when I bought my truck. The support staff was amazing helping me get set up. And I haven't had any problems since. It even rolled into the new rules flawlessly, it's great.

Great app. 99% of our equipment is spring ride so the air way I don't know about. But it's in my top 3 e log systems. And I've been trained on about 10.
