If no stars were possible that's what I'd be giving this app. Incredibly difficult to sync with other apps and devices. And don't get locked out because if you do you can't simply reset your info, you have to create a whole new account, which makes zero sense. I used it for Challenges at work because my job links to this program and I've had to find another route rather than simply being able to have my info synced.

The app does not work on the Oneplus 6t. Instead of saying 'welcome' it says 'wel-' and there is no way to register my account. When I enter all of the required info, there is no 'register' button or any way to continue the register process. I think it may be because the screen is very narrow and things are getting cut off

App works fine. Click the year to choose your birthday when registering. I just installed it and don't yet have a fitness tracker so can't comment on fitness tracker compatibility. App appears to perform fine on my 2 year old Android phone.

I can log on to AHY online, but must separately register on the app. Trouble is, you enter your information to register and there's no "submit" or "done" button to click, hitting enter doesn't work...no way to submit the information. So, I can't register to use the app. Android.

Also didn't work for me. Couldn't get past registration screen. After I input my info, there was no "save" or "ok" button to accept what I entered. Needs work - not user-friendly.

Quite possibly the worst app I have ever had to use. No excuse for a company like this to not address their website and app issues. Constant log in errors, crashing, loading issues.

I work a different shift and when I go to log my steps and information it is on the next day . Too confusing. I would love to participate just find it time consuming. I recall back in the day we could put in past work outs and such activity.

It wont let me even login. I have tried to login with my info which I know is correct and it will know let me. I even tried to register through the app but there is no way to submit my info once I type it in... The website promotes the app but the app is worthless.

Connecting your device with Google fit is broken. Does not offer to connect to the app that my device uses.

Awful experience with this app!! Doesn't let you login your information!! I don't recommend it!!

Launched once and every other time it hasn't got past the loading screen.

wouldn't take my info. Entered as listed on my identification card and it said not found. uninstalled.

It does not allow me to find providers or to see medical claims.

Horrible. Most of the time it crashes on start. Even when it did run it wouldn't let me do hardly anything. Apparently only iPhone users really get to benefit from this app, because this is absolute garbage software, and it has been forever.

This app is BAD. Wont let me change gender in assessments. Automatically picks my choices. You have to choose how to better your lifestyle no matter and then cant change or delete it. Log in tedious. No options to view actual information. BAD VERY BAD

Does not recognize my sign in. Have to SCROLL through more than 50 years to enter birthdate. So far inoperable but the website promotes this app. Disappointed.

It worked just fine for me. I've seen this date entry interface on other apps and figured out that you can change the year by clicking on it in the upper left.

Why is this app always needing "updating" when it won't let anyone even use it? Unacceptable!

I was finally able to log in. The developers should consider a different way to input your birthday. I would recommend numerical entry or date scroll. I had to hit the back arrow on the calendar way too many times to get to my birthday.

Trying to connect to my existing account, it needed my birth date. Unfortunately, the only way to enter a date was to pick one from a calendar, which starts out on the current date. You can only scroll back a month at a time. Since I'm over 50, that don't work. Total fail.

entering your bithday is ridiculous worst app ever. customer support useless
