Not functional. Registered and charged for the service but cannot use. Unable to login due to no varifacetion email sent to me. Re registered incase I spelt my email wrong. But it says my email is already registered. Asked for varifacetion email to be resent and no email received. Not even in junk mail folder. No way if contacting service by phone or email. Very poor/no service at all.
I've had this app for a while, but it was updated a few days ago & now I can't log in. It just gives an error message to say there is a problem and to try again later. I have quite a new phone, have logged in online successfully & have had some notifications since the upgrade. I've tried re-installing the app too, but it didn't improve the situation. Blue light card, I expected better.
Amazing discounts for a low priced card. I have just renewed my card as it's such good value for the discounts you receive from such a variety of places. I saved the cost of the card the first time I used the special exclusive events are great days out.
amazing app, very stable. the offers available are amazing for day to day use. only used a few times thus far so time will tell how smoothly it goes at redeeming at the retailers
Keeps on crashing Haven't been able to open the app in ages as when I try, it crashes and shuts down. Uninstalled and reinstalled to no avail :(
Blue light card is amazing, I have lost count of money that I have saved. A great way to show the emergency services and military some recognition of the work that they do.
most of these so called deals are the same or greater price you would get if you didn't have a card. some even require you to make premium cost phone calls to book or get a voucher. creaming more money from those they profess to be supporting. a great big swindle!
I currently can't log in on the app on my phone but can log in on my computer. I have taken the app off my phone and reloaded it but the app is still not working. Is this an ongoing issue and when is it expected to be resolved
I was prompted to renew when the card was still 26 days valid, I renewed and now I can't use it till I'm verified even tho the card was still valid. Poor customer service, I shouldn't be left without the card during this process
Click on offers and it asks to purchase a application for card, I already have one that expires in December 22. Click on contact us and you can only write to them. Waste of time folks.
This used to be ok but I can't log in any more, I have updated the app, uninstalled it and re-installed it but I still can't log in. For this reason I'm reducing the rating to 1 as it's unusable.
excellent value for the small amount of money you pay. I have made massive savings already. Thank you blue light for all your amazing savings.
it's good to have discounts, but they are not a bargain if you know what I mean, still expensive after a 5% or 10%, more work needs to be done to recognise the Blue light workers even more...
not really a fun of this card. some shops don't take it and u can't use it in a shop twice. some e vouchers or whatever, it's annoying so I stopped using it
Search facility is terrible. Search 'car rental' for example, it's finds nothing, yet it has companies like Alamo and Enterprise.
I have found two vouchers in 2 days which have expired. These are for big companies as well. The service was excellent previously but sadly I am now finding this isn't as good as it used to be. This has been reported but surely there should be auto tests for deals on a weekly basis rather than expect people to keep reporting this. For big purchases I.e holidays means we miss out on a great deal as lose dates for booking.
Further update, whilst my previous review related to an issue connecting to the app which has resolved somehow the one star remains as there was no response from the developer. Additionally, on the website I have attempted to submit a ticket but when I try to submit I see a grey coloured drop down box of a type I've never seen before which says there is an error but not what the error is? So contact by both app and website seemingly a problem. And the issue I wished to raise on the website was the same as that detailed by James Hollingshead
Unable to login. App saying invalid email address and I can't get past that point. However, I can login ok on my tablet with no problem, and used to be able to login on my phone so what has changed? Email sent to developers
Great value for money, loads of great discounts, you will always find something which you are looking for and save. Thats what life is all about now is trying to save some money
This is the best fiver I have ever spent, fantastic deals and discounts using this card. Will be renewing it again when it expires

This card is exceptional. The only problem I have had is at Halfords. Getting to the point of actually receiving discount is so awkward, compared to the likes of Asda. Many times i have simply said i give up, don't bother, I'll just pay full price. And I can't figure out why it's only Halfords, of the places i use

amazing card I've saved so much money with the blue light card it's worth it's weight in gold, I'd definitely recommend any one who's eligible to sign up.
Buying cinema tickets is a nightmare, serviceseats, is very poor placing card details incredibly fiddly and irritating. Come on. Improve.
Unable to log in to the app from it updated! Can log in to the website with no issues but enjoyed the app for access to my card on my phone.
I've just joined and was hoping to have my first bank holiday break ever. Which now I can't do anything with Was hoping for a nice break but the hotel offers just aren't worth looking at! With hotels showing up at £209 a night...unfortunately 10% just isnt going to excite me. Needs to be 85% off to be worth it. Ur only in the room for 7/8 hrs which you won't see because your asleep haha!
This app is full of buggs recently. Links to websites frequently don't work, either bringing up an error page or to an irrelevant Google search page. There isn't a working live chat or other means to contact anyone other than by post and the ticket function doesn't work. Your message just dissapears as soon as you press the create button.
