Blue Light Filter

Oh my goodness. For me, this is the perfect blue light filter. It doesn't have the strange washed out look that every other app I've tried has (I've tried a ton. I used to use Twilight, which for a while did what this one does, but it changed. Qhats great about this us that the filter just changes color which you can choose along with brightness and intensity. This app does what it says, it blocks blue light. Its great.

Simple easy to use blue light filter app. Sometimes I have to shut it off in order to make selections or click on links on certain web pages that's really annoying. It would be better if it filtered the pull-down options bar too. Going from the screen being really dark to that super bright screen portion is not pleasant. Otherwise the app is easy to use and works great.

It seems none of the blue light filters work with the latest update of Samsung, on my S20 all of a sudden my BLF app stopped working and all others I tried. It's to do with touch control of the screen, if not for the pull down menu letting me switch it off I wouldn't be able to use my phone at all. It almost entirely doesn't register touch control.

I've noticed a change in how much faster I fall asleep at night almost instantly after using this app. I like getting to choose a filter color. Being able to switch it on and off from the top of my phone without opening the app is a major plus. I only knocked a star off because on some apps the screen will flicker, namely on discord. Otherwise its perfect and I've seen no drain on my battery from it running.

I like it how it changes colours, and that it has plans, but the top and the bottom bars are not covered, plus it seems to make the screen unresponsive occasionally, i think it's due to the "being above other apps" setting, because once I turn it off, the screen becomes clickable again. It's the sole reason for me to uninstall it.

Works wonderfully. I can watch videos or read from my phone right up to the time I go to bed and have no problem going to sleep. My phones blue light no longer messes with my circadian rhythm and I go right to sleep. My eyes no longer feel the strain caused by the unnatural light emitted by the phone screen. ITS GREAT!!!

Awesome app. I love it, does not suddenly shut down and blind you with bright light, but Samsung just updated system to Android 12. Now this app completely freezes my tablet when turned on. The only way out, is to turn off the app. Checked for updates to app, but none. Looking for new Blue Light app, one that's optimised for Android 12!

Completely disabled my phone. Once on I had no access to any app on my touch screen. I had this app 3 minutes then uninstalled. It doesn't work. Lucky I could turn it off with a drop menu on lock screen. Terrible.

Hi 🤗 I love this app! I have fibromyalgia (just to start!) and the light from the cell phone really bothers my eyes so I use this app to filter out the brightness. you can choose from a few colors, I use blue...its soft and doesnt change your. phone blue it just softens it all so your eyes are better suited to it, allows me to stay on the computer longer. Good app😆🤗

Overlays on screen and cannot use any of the apps and screen is frozen basically with this filter on. Whats the point of this? If I can't use my phone and apps while this is turned on. Users should be able to use their phone while screen filter is on.

I love this app! The warmer light is more comfortable than just allowing the phone to dim the screen. I found i was straining my eyes trying to read because my Galaxy dimmed the screen too much. This is definitely better. No noticeable ads or bugs so far.

Not great. Always cuts out Everytime I exit the app even though I have it permission to draw over other apps. Someone mentioned the glitch as a small problem but t it's much bigger than that. It's been installed for less than five minutes and I'm already disappointed, fix this please.

This blue filter app is my favorite so far. It is simple to use and adjust. It allows me to read on my digital readers at night without affecting my sleep patterns. Perfect for my situation.

I can actually tell that the blue light is not affecting me. After learning of the dangers of the blue screen, I rarely look at my phone without the blue light filter. This filter works great. Thanks

One of the best light filters available very wide range of of color that u get to completely choose your self, I love this apk and would definitely recommend it to those of you who stare at you phone for hours at a time and is very easy on your eyes which is the whole point of this Amazing apk! 10 out of 10

' blue light filter for eye care ' changed up... removed the drop down dual control: filter and screen brightness... needed to find something else... this is better... practical controls easy to use all the time. thx

I use an old phone (soon getting new one) that doesn't have a blue light filter setting. I just installed this app but it's already useful. Would recommend to anyone that doesn't have an option in settings.

This app does not have enough filter colors to choose from! Unlike other eye filter apps which have more colors to make a choice. This app does not have much in the way of colors. I would like to see colors that a user can darken much more on the app!

Great app! hassle-free and doesn't cause annoyance of switching of every 10 minutes to divert your attention to in-app ads, like some adds do. Easy to use!

I've tried a few and this is by far the best one yet! In fact I can't find anything wrong with it. Dims in every way I need and then some without blurring. Great work. Excellent interface. TY.

Whenever I turn on the filter, I see the afterimage of the app I used before turning the filter on. The afterimage dissappears when rhe filter is turned off. I don't know why or when this started, but fix it.

Simple and usefull. 4 out of 5 stars because it has ads in it and there isn't a pro version which i can buy to remove the ads.

I am very happy with this app, so many options to set your personal screen appearance preferences, and it isn't like some of the others I tried that seemed ad happy.

Works as expected which is more than can be said of the vast majority of software products. No no overly invasive ads. Overall, a good app.

I had to uninstall immediately. As soon as it activated I couldn't select anything on my screen. Luckily I was able to get into settings to uninstall.

Worked for a few days then it locked in overlay and I couldnt use any apps. Luckily I could still acess my drop down bar and turn it off.

Top app..the fact that you can turn it off and on in the notification bar is a cool.. recommended..

I like that can set the amount of power that you need, BUT the filter keep breaking down once in a while.

No more headaches or eye strain from light being to bright. This app is easy to use & is about only 24mb. It's amazing! Give it a try.
