Blue Light Filter & Night Mode - Night Shift

I have been using this app for a while now. Loved it until now even though it's not perfect (like it does not cover the notifications). But since I recently changed phone, it's different. I don't have the "pause" and "cancel" options on the notification bar. This is really frustrating, I must open the app everytime I have to pause it.

Not bad but could be better cause the application is not a task always on. It only draws itself on the other app as an app and not as a phone parameter like luminosity intensity... bad luck when we close for example all applications, our filter is not active any more ... please find a solution, that would be very helpful. Moreover I would tell you to improve your colour lightings by letting the user chose at least red and yellow intensity. This is to much yellow in my opinion and not convenient

I've been using this app for over a year now, but I'm sadly thinking of switching. I have an S21 5G and I'm constantly having to turn off the apps accessibility and turn it back on or it won't let me do anything while the filter is being used. I also wake up most mornings to a bright af screen because it randomly stops working. I love the features, but can't keep dealing with these annoying issues.

Better clarity, somewhat less functional than Twilight. There are tons of blue light filter apps out there and most are complete junk. I had been using Twilight but it seemed to make images/text fuzzy. This app provides much better clarity and has good color options. The one thing I miss from Twilight is that I was able to control which apps it displayed over. For Amazon/camera/IG/etc where I needed to see correct colors, Twilight was set to automatically pause. Can you make this app do that?

I use it regularly and love how customizable the color/brightness is. The one thing I'm missing is a sunrise/sunset setting that will automatically dim gradually based upon local sun rise/set times. I set up multiple time and color rules as a work around, but they must be adjusted throughout the year as the seasons change.

Limiting light and especially blue light exposure at night is crucial, and this app does the job once it's on. Unfortunately the beaming blue light from the app interface really misses the point here.

I love this! I hate when I have to turn it off because my phone is too bright even brightness being all the way down. Cut down on my headaches tremendously. The only thing I wish is it didn't have to be disabled for installation of something else and in certain other areas. I would definitely...and have... recommended to others

It works on Android 12, but the notification bar is still super bright. Please make a fix for this. Also, would be easier if we could change the level of dim on the notification bar instead of going into the app.

Pretty good overall; I just wish it was easier to toggle it back on when I accidentally hit the button on the bottom of the screen that toggles it off. I don't understand why that button doesn't work both ways, and I have to actually open the app to turn it back on. That's my only complaint, but it seems like such an easy thing to fix.

You can not use your phone. As soon as the color filter starts, everything becomes unresponsive and functionally disables your phone. Didn't use to do this but now it's constantly

The app works wonderfully. HOWEVER. When you go to the settings to set it to display over your pulldown menus, when you press "allow", the app says it needs access to read all your data. Yeah. So I uninstalled this app immediately. There are plenty of other blue light filter apps out there that don't need to invade your privacy in order to work as-needed. Don't get this one.

Been using it for a bit over a year. Decided to rate now because it had stopped going over the navigation bar at the bottom, but I found the info to fix it SUPER easy! I was dreading having to find a new night filter app if I couldn't fix it (looking at the twilight one) All in all really great, and even without the 'pro' version it definitely gets dark enough IMO.

Unsure what happened since changing phones. I had a Pixel 3a, and it was set up fine, with a shortcut in lower right - hand corner I could click to turn it off when I wanted to in the eve. However, since upgrading to Pixel 6,i can't seem to set up the same shortcut, or even figure out how to set the various defaults. No explanations for when in editing mode, what clicking the arrow vs || means. I liked how I had things set up before, and wish I could just go back to the "default".

It was really useful at night and helped me see my screen without having to squint from brightness. However the recent update has stopped it from detecting that it has permission to draw over other apps. This means I can do nothing with the app, as it won't let me on to it properly. Other than that it, was a really useful app so I hope it's fixed next update.

I think the best reason for my rating is because the filter covers the entire screen. Even the top bar. But the rest of the softwares I used did not have this feature and They sometimes turned off automatically. If my comment had any problems, I'm sorry. Beacuse English is my second language.

Great app, however I encountered a bug: The app would not draw over the lockscreen or notification bar even though the accessibility feature was turned on. Turning the accessibility feature off and back on again solved the problem. This happened on both my phone and my tablet. Both are Samsung devices.

Works great! This app made a huge difference in my life. I have terrible complicated migraines. Couldn't use my phone at all because the blue light is a trigger for the migraines. This app's brown screen filter is perfect and is the only way I can use my phone. I love the different levels of brown shade it offers.

I am very happy with this blue light filter... I had it on a previous phone as well. The presets are good but I especially like that I am able to make a custom setting and set on/off times. The app was recommended to me and I have since recommended it to several people. Seriously the best blue light filter out there. 💙 it!

I set the app to turn on at night, and when it turns on, it makes my phone's screen completely unresponsive. I have to restart the phone to make it usable again.

App blocks other apps, if I disable this app other apps work properly. Error >>> Looks like another application to Google Play. Turn off any app that might be drawing over the screen and try again.

Okay for the fact that I just started using this app just makes me wanna drop a 5 star and even more 😅 I mean my phone didn't come with am eye car feature bit this app just made a great alternative like seriously I love it and the fact it's works smoothly barely any ad so far and it's custom mode makes it just so so unique 💖.. if u haven't tried this app believe me it's worth the while🔥 Only problem I have with it so far is that I can't download something when it's on so I'd love an update 💖

I love how it stays on without a huge amount of power drain and no issues. I like also how it covers things even when locked and reviving the screen. It will flash a sec if I rotate it while looking at pictures I have taken so if that gets resolved it will be perfect!

Filter will lock the screen so i cant actually tap anything. I have to restart my phone to use the filter. Im not restarting my phone just to use this filter. Go find another app.

I was looking for a screen dimmer that actually still worked since the android update messed with all other dimmers. Glad I found this

PLEASE FIX. Sometimes when the app activates on a set timer, I'm unable to interact with my phone at all. I'm unable to interact with any app or move around to open this app to turn it off. It only turns off if I restart my phone and then turn it off.

Decent app I paid for it. I already wrote about it here and deleted it because this annoying thing won't stop asking you to rate it you can't even use it to change the dimness or brightness because every time you bring it up to work it the thing is repeatedly asking you to rate it... even though you already did. But it does it MULTIPLE TIMES NOW so you can't even press the button now before refreshing 4xs to stop the stupid thing from asking you to rate it. If u pay 4 & rate it, it should stop.

Was totally reliable on my last LG phone on my new Samsung A52. It only works after after clearing security and the scheduling can be unreliable.

Works perfectly for someone with sensory issues/sensitive eyes. The premium upgrade was worth it in my opinion.
