Blue Light Screen Filter

There is definitely a difference between writing and not writing. Blocking blue light makes the color a bit yellow, but it definitely improves the eyes. Thanks to this, my eyes were red and I stopped going to the ophthalmologist every week.

Works, every so often though, ranging from hours to weeks, it will turn the filter off and disable to control bar even with days left. The only solution I've found was to delete and reinstall.

I looked high and low for an app that would help me break the habit of checking my phone so much. I watched a TED talk about how we often look at breaking habits the wrong way; we need little “rewards” as we replace a bad habit with a better one - in this case, planting a tree. Was a great substitute for the abandoned Screen Filter app, but suddenly told me my free trial was over after 5 days and made me watch ads to extend this. Word of advice: this is how you deal with free rewards in games, not usage time for a phone utility. Also annual subs to dim your screen? Don't waste your time, there are better free ones out there without IAP or ads. Poor monetization strategy.

Was a great app. Has recently quit working. Now, keeps asking for permissions. I check to authorize permissions, and it shows that I OK'd it. Then when I go back into app, it asks me all over agsin. No longer works. I really liked this one, but will have to find another.

This is the best blue light app I've ever used. The features seem to be much better than other apps. Eyes are much less tired after use. I like that the blue light has a variety of colors and that it can be fine-tuned.

This app is free for 5 days only. Then you must watch an add to get another 10 days free. Game playing and tricks are so stupid! I'd rather in-app payments, after a trial period, than being forced to watch ads. How idiotic! You can take your app and shove it! Uninstalled!!

This is an app that a friend tried and recommended it to me. Even if you don't wear blue light blocking glasses, just run the app to block blue light, which is great.

Within 24 hours, it no longer works. If it was possible to give zero stars I would. I shall now delete the app. Really sad because I had high hopes.

I paid for this in order to use the scheduling facility, however it never worked, the filter stays on all the time. The app developers were unable to sort this for some bizarre reason and have issued me with a refund.
