To begin using the Blue Line Taxi application today:
• Download the free app
• Create an account (Email, Name, Phone # and Password)
• Specify pick-up address
• Book your trip (reservations can be immediate or for a future time/date)
On booking a reservation, you will immediately receive a confirmation number, along with an update when your vehicle has been assigned. From here you can monitor the progress of your vehicle as it moves towards your pick-up location.
The Blue Line Taxi application retains a history of your previous reservations for expense management and to quickly rebook the same trip with the push of a button.
You can also customize your orders by selecting the number of passengers, preferred vehicle type, and preferred method of payment.

Love the app! Options to pick what type of vehicle definitely helps as I like traveling with my pets. I'm giving it 4 stars as ETA with the link that's sent through text should sync with the information provided in the app
Should have the option of stopping at more than one location and the current traffic so there's a legit cost Instead of just a guesstimate- that's usually wrong by 4 $ every time. over all though, love it as well as the 777 app
Late for work again! 30min to get another taxi after the first one disappeared from the app map. Not the first time either... Why don't I learn!? Blue is not reliable like it use to be. Cheap technology has killed this company
Had previous app. Downloaded this one. Cannot login anywhere. Says to sign up but I can't because I had an acct with previous app. Previous app was very difficult also. Many problems using it. Will stick with Hamilton Cab app.
Very easy to book a ride, and gives a very good estimated wait time. And the vehicle description matches the vehicle that arrives to pick you in. Where as Uber and Lyft they vehicle description does not match.. keep up The great service...
Nice to have the option to send for a ride without interrupting people who are close around me. It's fast and helps me keep track of how long until the taxi is arriving. And guessing for me the fare costs.
Takes for ever but if u call it comes faster
Your app sucks and never finds my location properly. Driver always at wrong pickup location. Once again just watched the driver go all the way to my destination without picking me up first. Last time I'm using blue line taxi
Said my cab was going to be 30 mins and I never got a text telling me it was coming so I ordered a different cab company and the cab pulled up moments later
I have received over 10 text messages telling me my driver is on his way and the blue line offers delivery. I only booked once. It is extremely annoying 😒
Doesn't give correct wait time driver 361 was very rude and arguementive. Told driver to turn off the meter and we would give him $15 for a $9 trip. He said make it $20 or im going by the meter. I even showed him on the booking app that it is only $9.20 trip he said that it is wrong. Only because the driver took the back streets my fair ended up $10.40. I still gave him the $15. If my bf had heard him say that he wanted $20 for the fair he would have got all of his change back w/ no tip
I can't search drop off addresses at all, and some simply don't "exist" in the apps map. Really not impressed that I can't even search my home address.
I've used Blue Line Taxi for the last 25+ yrs. & I can't remember a time or place that I've been upset about a taxi not on time. Up to ths day all drivers have been polite & talkative with their client's well-being & with respec
I booked a cab and it just canceled my cab cuz apparently I couldn't be found. Lol. Then when I called back to order a new cab the person was huffing and puffing like I was an inconvenience.
Car number 001 is horrible, rude and will stop in the middle of the street with traffic. Threatening you to get out of the car because you asked him to look up details, regarding the pickup location.
Enjoyable and safe
Most drivers can't understand LEFT from RIGHT and as far as the rest of them go, they CONSTANTLTY carry on very loud conversations making it very confusing cause we don't know if they're speaking to us, or somebody else !?
It books cabs in half an hour and no sooner. I need one this instant but this app doesn't accomodate that.
Driver has zone issues every trip i take to work. App wont accept unit for my address just changes it to different unit.
This is the best travel app I have. Always functions exactly how it should. Fantastic company!
