Blue Mail - Email Mailbox

I have four different mail addresses. They are all automatically configured, I keep my folders. It works well, and add interesting features like managing tasks. Moreover, this app is beautiful and has a dark theme. Only one con : I didn't find an auto filtering function (I hava to manually move messages in the right folder). In a nutshell : go. No problem, works great.

Features are pretty good and it's user friendly but I've had issues with my professional email server (pop3) and I'll end reloading the same message multiple times without result (it could be our server but that didn't happen with another app with less features). Still I'd recommend it for most email service providers (it's FREE).

nice try, certainly works better than gmail in the sense that it allows one to select a number of messages at once, however this number is small (for example, 20-50, those that the BlueMail screen displays). I installed the app in hope to be able to delete thousands of messages with a few clicks, nope!

I'm very happy with the user interface on Bluemail. It provides a broad range of functionality while remaining simple to use. There's one thing bothering me though. When attaching photos, Bluemail offers to reduce the sizes to increase efficiency and reduce bandwidth, which is good. However, if I choose this option the reduced JPG file can't always be read at its destination because of an unidentified jpeg marker. Turns out the JPG has been converted into a PNG. Is it just me?

I have been using Blue Mail for years, and it is a fabulous email client. You can connect multiple email accounts, including emails hosted from smaller domains, with ease. It is easy to swap inboxes, compose emails from any of your email addresses, or use aliases. Email sorting is also easy and user-friendly. There are a bunch of ways to sort incoming mail, including putting all unread mail at the top. Check it out if you are searching for a good mail client!

It's been a near perfect app that can handle multiple accounts. I use it on all my mobile devices. Just got the "Desktop" version. It is nothing like the mobile app. And it doesn't "sync" through "Magic Sync" like one would assumes. It says, "once Sync'd to the new client on any device and as many devices you want." "You need to reenter your PW for each account." Well it didn't "Sync" and the Desktop version feels more like a cartoon compared to the Mobile version.

Needs a little tweeking, but overall great application: instant connection server mail, user-friendly interface, ease of use, organized and it has interesting features that are unlike other mail applications. Icing on the cake, it looks nice. Thumbs up to the creators. Con: the team takes quite a while to get back with you. Additionally there is not enough info online to correct issues.

This app gets worse by the day. I use it on two iOS devices and two Android phones, so I can't blame the phone. It freezes, is unable to download the complete message, mismatches the folders and it's almost useless with a Hotmail account. Its menu buttons are not responding, at times. I am looking for a viable alternative.

This app saved my sanity. After using the stock email app, as well as testing several other alternatives, none would block spam to my satisfaction. What I needed was an app that could block entire domains, not just individual senders. Bluemail does this very well, and in the few months I've used it, I've reduced spam to almost zero. In terms of readability, other email apps have better layout, fonts, and are easier on the eye. But Bluemail's spam blocking abilities more than make up for this.

First day with Blue Mail and so far it's really nice. Calendar widget would be nice, to compliment the Mail widget. ***UPDATE*** I've been using it for a little while and like the email part of the app but not crazy about the calendar. When you create a multi day event, such as a trip, the event only shows on day one. The ready of the trip doesn't show up on the other days of the trip. I double checked the dates and they're correct. IE., June 30th-July 3rd. The event only shows up on the 30th.

This is a good tool for organizing a number of disparate email accounts (mine are, essentially, work (read everything), personal (read nothing) and news (read what I can). Nice touches throughout, but the Chromebook version is more or less just a reboot of the Android edition. That's more a problem with Chrome than the app developer - lots of Chromebook stuff works better in Windows or Mac. But recommend this program, especially with the paucity of Chromebook email progs.

Does not store messages before sending. Error deletes your message, meaning you lose it. Draft and Outbox folders exist in theory but are apparently not used. Instead of storing your message temporarily as a Draft or temporarily putting it in the Outbox before Sending, your message is just Sent and if there's some kind of error: pffft, gone. Start over. I know of no other email app that works this way and am, frankly, shocked.

Like it, offers more functionality than any other free email app that features integration of Windows 10/11 and Android. Important for me is it doesn't limit you to only two email accounts. One minor complaint: BlueMail won't issue Notifications on my Samsung Galaxy Note 20. Tried everything. Gmail does, BlueMail doesn't. No way to set BlueMail as default email app, maybe that is the problem. Disabling Gmail app doesn't fix it.

Have been using this app for a few years now and have been recently disappointed with this app. This app suffers from a delete glitch, I can delete over 50 emails and all of a sudden they magically reappear again! This is so annoying... But this has been a constant thing with this glitch that has been around for a while now and nothing has been done to remedy the situation with this glitch! Now I'm thinking about moving to another mail client because of this problem. Please fix this guys...

I am really pleased with this email I was so excited how easy it was to transfer my contacts/addresses. The email is so user friendly, I was used to more complicated ones but simple is so nice. I'm telling everybody. I also like the Blue Mail app. Also the way you have everything written down for the transfer to blue mail made it so easy to get ready to go. Thank you for your help and your email.

Worked great for years, but in past year it has been dreadful- freezes and is not synchronising inbox correctly. It also asking for a "reliable Internet connection" when my Internet speed is 1GB/sec!!! Time to look elsewhere as it is clear that developers don't bother to fix it nor they care about the feedback given here!

This app allows in line items to be seen on screen. I wish to preview attachments not download them. My old email app did that well. Another try to get it working, all I need now is to be able to load emails,when I want them - not when it chooses to.

I like Blue Mail. It works better than any of the other email apps I have tried. It does what I need and gives me reliable access to my email on the go. No fuss, no unnecessary features, it just works. Sept. 2021 - I just installed Blue Mail on my new tablet. It is my go-to app for email on all my android devices.

Fantastic! Opens on unified mailbox which is what I was looking for. Better than that, the speed of it and customisable ringtones for each mailbox plus instant pushing of email means no more 15 minute delays between receiving emails. Faster in every way than the std app. Very pleased

Superb on Chromebook! IMAP clients are thin on the ground on Chromebook, and webmail with some hosts is pretty rubbish, so Blue Mail just fills that gap nicely. Responsive, easy to set up, and has a nice clean layout. Nothing fancy, just stable and functional which is fab.

This app seems to work really well and I use it in preference to everything I have ever tried. Mail downloads very fast. One feature I would like to see added is to remember where I move particular emails to and offer that folder as soon as I press "Move".

BlueMail is a very handy app, I love the function that it offers to reduce photo sizes in the attachment before sending the mail. I have noticed that it does not always synchronize immediately in spite of the settings I've chosen. Lately however it works much better, it's possible that they've fixed this bug already. For the rest I'm very happy with this app, especially with handling my several mail accounts at once.

Overall I really like the layout of the app. I have several email addresses I use everyday for work and personal. One thing that is incredibly frustrating is the responsiveness. At some point over the past few months, I have to tap an email 4 or 5 times before it will open. Sometimes it opens and its blank, so I have to close it and try again. I'm not sure what changed, but its very frustrating.

I have been using this app continuously for at least 2 years , and lately (the past few months) has been kind of slowing down . But today is acting weird: it keeps opening one same chain of emails even though I choose other emails. One new email arrived , and it still didn't open it but marked it as read.... After spending some time trying to make it work, I finally came with the idea of closing the app and opening it again, and fortunately, the problem was solved. Hope will not happen again.

Most email apps for Android are design for phones. This one works the best (of those I tried) on Chromebook laptops. It gives you more of a feeling of a full desktop experience, than those designed for the tiny screen. One thing I wish it had was the concept of "tool tips" like you get on many Windows apps that quickly remind you what a button does.

I can see others are experiencing the same things. This app has been perfect for years, but in the last few months it has become slow and glitchy. When you delete by swiping it freezes, it doesn't load very quickly, it's just really buggy and annoying. Could the owners respond as to whether this is being addressed please? Otherwise I'm going to have to find something else.

Update 2: To be fair to developers, I had major issues with on time notifications on new s22 ultra. I decided to reinstall, reconnect to Gmail, and now seems fine (fingers crossed). The features brought me back! Back to 5 stars, would like to see more updates. I have been using this app for years and occasionally try new ones but always come back. The developers are great at bug fixes (though I have not seen bugs) and adding new features. Amazing free app!
