App worked wonderfully then, not at all. In the last 6 months increasingly frustrating and doesn't work correctly. ie: can't login at all. Please work on the app BRB. You're a great bank. This app just doesn't represent who and what this bank is or can do well!! Thank you!!
The bank itself is awesome same for the people whom work there, but I just recently started having problems with the app. I have been trying to login but it keeps saying invalid username or password, and I have had my phone memorized the user ID and password, and I've had the app for 3 years now. My ID never changed. Why is it just now not working?
The app was great, until it wasn't. Worked as it should until one day the app crashed as soon as it started up. Now every time i try to open the app, it just crashes before even getting the chance to log in. Please fix, I love the app!
2020 UPDATE; DOESN'T WORK AT ALL AND NO APP UPDATE. MOVING BANKS! 05-2019 UPDATE: can only get balance sometimes now, it won't let me log in. This app has more issues than people using it! No longer working after updating to Android OS 7.0 from 6.0.
This app has not been updated in over 2 years. Freezes up, give me errors, etc needing to close and restart. I have a phone I bought within the last year! Hello...??? Can you possibly install a revision for newer Samsung phones please? Needs an update for cyber security too...
Keeps crashing. This is the 3rd time in a month I've had to uninstall and reinstall because the app keeps crashing.

can't get mobile deposit approved just keeps saying pending
Cannot remove payees from bill pay. Server 500 error. Does the bank even employ people to maintain this application?

App login not working when using correct password. If I'm able to login the pages take forever to load and often result in an error.
Love this app just hope they will update to fix the camera problem for mobile deposit on Android pie can't take a picture of the back of the check

Never was able to log in, never gave me a user ID, even went to the bank in person and was still unable to use the app

What does that even mean? I have an active connection and I tired using my home wifi. It loads maybe 80% then says it needs an active connection, cancel or retry. I have not been able to use this app on my Samsung galaxy note 3. This app is useless to me. No stars.
This app has made banking so much more convenient when I can't make it to the bank. Thank you BRB . So far I've had no problems, I've been using online banking for about 6 month's.
App still doesnt scale properly bad app to represent a bank. Good layout but needs a lot of polish. The 5 star reviews for this app are either from the developer or BRB but way to sappy.

I've been a regular member of the bank and using the ap for over 5 years now. Up until a few months ago I've never had an problems with it. But now it has decided to tell me my password is incorrect after knowing it specifically is that password. Causing me to uninstall the app and re install to make it work. Please update the app.
