I was determined to like this app because I love my vacuum, but the app just doesn't function. It connected to my device once but lost its connection and I was never able to find my device again. For a €230+ smart device you would think it would at least be able to connect to the app.
Map restore doesn't work. It is not possible to manage maps after several save/restore iterations. Update: after firmware update maps can be restored. But maps management still needs improvement. Update 2: map management doesn't work again.
Poor map update. Not easy nor logical smart function. Robot do not recognize all rooms, it skips spots... Terrible. Next time I will chose another product. Really poor customer assistance. I am sure they will not be in contact to solve my request for support, it has been more than 3 weeks waiting.
Does what it needs to do, however, it needs polishing. It also doesn't look finished, with random text in some menus and the "Place Wall" button is missing, even though it exists in the manual.
Map restore doesn't work. Once the app was updated it doesn't work well at all. Robot is celaning really nice, but I might return it after just a few weeks of use 8nly cause of the app. Very pity!
Does not link my stupid vacuum after resetting the vacuum, deleting the app and reinstalling it. It's near impossible to link it once the robot loses its connection because it just forgets everything as soon as it falls without power.
App works. Sadly I cannot make the robot stop screaming at me. Volume control would be nice. Also you need to be careful to link the smart life app instead of searching for bluebot when linking to Google home.
Works fine. Don't see the reason for the complaints here. It's just a bit tricky to connect, but otherwise it delivers on the promise. And it cleans good
Completely useless ... fails to connect to vacuum cleaner time and again. In short don't brother.
All OK so far. Can't figure out how to store maps and rooms though with the Bluebot Xtreme
Good app, but rough around the edges. Would like to see it polished more.
This app keeps forgetting my schedule! Every time it battery dies it is gone.

Does not link to google assistant
Would give less stars if I could. I bought a bluebot vacuum because it said it could be used with Google home. To do so however, you have to connect Google home to "Smart Life" and login with your BlueBot account. I already use the Smart Life app for smart switches around my home and there's no way to connect both Smart Life and BlueBot accounts to Google home, or to link them in any other way. The vacuum also can't be recognised by any other smart home apps. Ridiculous design, horrible app.
