The previous App worked better then the current version. Now when selecting the registered robot vacuum cleaner from the list it opens the status page and closes it automatically one second later. This happens at all the pages (device, support and me). For me the app is unusable in its current state.
Miserable connectivity between App and Robot. It works one time then it disconnects. You need to do everything manually on the Robot itself or reinstall the connection again (adding Wifi login, connecting to Bluebot user account). Terribly annoying and offensively underperforming. In 2019 this is unacceptable.
Connecting is very unintuitive and illogical , worst thing is it disconnect after a week or so. And have to start the process all over again. Also cleaning record is kept, but no date and times are added.
I like the robot, but the app is not very intuitive and has a lot of connectivity issues. communicating to the robot via the app often does not work. reinstalling the app poor rebooting the robot does not fix the problem :-( Blaupunkt please fix this!
It doesn't keep connected to the phone. Every time I have to set it up from scratch and bind to the device. All the sense of remote control is lost
Bad app. The top blue bar overlaps the navigation so I can't even view the details of my bot. There are never any updates to the bot either... Subpar.
Positive experience with the app use. The extra functionalities (intensive cleaning and easy overviews of scheduled cleaning) are convenient

Very hard to connect: failed the first 8 attempts. Unclear instructions: spelling errors. Needs phone and camera access, why? Please add Google Home support.
This is trash. I finally managed to connect the Bluebot, but not thanks to the included instructions. Fix the broken English, as it makes following instructions that much more complicated. For anyone having difficulties with this step (direct quote): "When you connected with Robot's WiFi, phone may reminder that WLAN connection can not access internet and need to switch, please select the proper selection and make sure the phone keep connecting with Robot's WiFi" Select the robot's WiFi as instructed, then wait until your phone pops up a notification that the connection has no internet (it will take a few seconds). Tap that pop-up. It'll open a window where you can tell it to stay connected even though there is no internet connection. THEN switch back to the app and it'll go through the intended setup. Doesn't matter though, in a few hours you'll have to go through the same setup again, because it'll lose connection to the bot.
The old app was atrocious, but at least it worked (some of the time). With the new app, I can't connect at all. Besides this, they clearly simply copied Apple's style guide and the app contains numerous spelling and language errors.
Not working most of the time. To set the schedule for a week I had to restart the app about 10 times - in most run I was not able to set a schedule at all, but at one run I was lucky and able to set three days in a row. To see the current status of the robot or to perform an action I have to restart the app at least once for each status update or performed action. It works only with one of my two WiFi routers and even though the robot is right in front of the router it reports an unstable connection. The maps it creates are completely wrong...
Atrocious app. Won't even launch since the last update. Making the robot inaccessible through the app, of course. Was to be expected after the brand name got sold to some Chinese company and Blaupunkt is no longer German...
The app hardly ever loads the schedule i set on the old app and if it even does you cant alter it. I also cant start the bot. The only nice thing is that it stores the cleaning map longer than the previous app
Worked only after contact with customer service - required a manual firmware upgrade, otherwise not possible to connect as others noted.
Is this the replacement app for BluebotXS? cause that app aint working and this app works untill i need to connect to the bot wifi wich is password protected called 'CLOUDSBOT_6001943B4b00' default password or something?
Robot worked before, now I wish I didn't install this. Even on old app it's having a failure
reading all the reviews from others I'm very glad to say I had no issues connecting my bluebot (or Hans as we've named him). Sometimes it looses connection but reestablishes it fairly quickly. With the new updates perhaps it will be more stable but I haven't had very big issues after two weeks of using Hans. Would be nice to be able to add the program (intensive, auto or something else) in its time schedule via the app though! :)
