Constant errors with reading insurance information. Many times it cannot contact my insurance and makes me pay full price. Multiple emails to customer service to resolve. Then after resolving the issue, it only takes a month to go right back to not reading insurance Not sure if this is an app issue or what. Frustrating when you can't have your appoint. because it can't read your insurance. Also once you get to the point of cost, it will not let you back out and have to pay the full price.

The doctors are always so nice they are always professional quick and easy appointment set up which is awesome. Can send pictures also your co-payment is listed prior to your appointment is by any chance appointment cannot take place or they cannot treat the condition you will not be charged. I have used this app many times and if it wasn't for this app and able to use this I would be going either for myself or my small children to the ER waiting hours and hours.

Very disappointed. Was recommended this app from a Blue Cross Blue Shield rep and we set the appointment when I was on the phone with them and then when I get to my appointment I'm told it cannot verify my insurance? Furthermore I cannot remove my payment information as I do not wish to have it on there if it's not going to work. Very upset, very dissatisfied.

The doctor was awful and impersonal, didn't make eye contact or converse. I was not a person to him. And he was a psychiatrist - I expected actual CARE and didn't get it. At all. Would not recommend. I wish I could leave a review for him in the app. Worst medical experience ever.

So many providers to choose from & someone is always available. App is every user friendly, Providers are so nice!

I think this is a pretty good alternative when you just can't make it to a doctor or they can't schedule you soon enough! I waited for a physician for about 8 minutes, and my phone stayed on while i was on hold did i didn't worry about my session timing out, which was nice. My physician was very nice and helpful, got me a prescription right away! As for the app itself it is pretty straightforward and intuitive, the menu could use more leading between items and I'd change "Settings" to "Account"

Not reliable given the current climate. Tried 7 times over 2 days (waiting time 16-20 hours total) with nothing to show for it. I suggest you look elsewhere unless this is your only option. Edit 3/24: Still nothing. Sometimes the app closes out, sometimes the doctor you've been waiting 3 hours to speak with just randomly becomes unavailable. There seems to be no help with this app.

Simple and effective way to get prescription for sore throat without the wait.

The stupid app keeps saying "we cant reach your insurance, so you have to pay full cost", even though I have insurance, and I triple checked that it is entered correctly. There's not even a phone number to escalate it to someone. It seems like just a scam to make more money.

This app is complete garbage. Logged in at 730 AM. The app kicked me out of line at 830 and I had to start over. At 208 PM I was next in line to see a provider and got an alert that the provider was no longer available. I was again forced back to the lobby to start COMPLETELY over. There's no way to schedule an appointment, no way to get notified of your turn other than keeping the app open all day, the wait time is ridiculous, and the planning is horrible. Atrocious service, do not recommend.

This was the most convenient experience with health care that I have ever had. I can't say enough good things about blue care anywhere. If you are working and on a tight schedule especially with everything going on download this app. I spoke with a great physician and I was able to pick who I wanted to speak with. Thank you for this amazing option truly perfect as I was able to sit in the comfort of my own home.

I love how easy it is so see a doctor quickly. I have audio issues with the app, though. One doctor was a little rude about it and saying I was doing something wrong. I don't have that issue in other teleconferencing apps.

Great experience with doctor! However, the app crashed (used w Samsung Galaxy S9) when I was in the waiting room, so I had to get back at the end of the line again. Disappointing.

I love having this app. very convenient and easy to use. Although my wait was long(about 45 minutes) to see a provider it was still worth as I was able to connect through my phone and get a true provider to talk and see me.

App worked great first time. Since then it takes multiple attempts for it to connect to insurance to gather correct co-pay information. Sometimes I have to retry 10+ times before it gets it right.

Fast, easy, and simple. People had issues in the comments about being dropped. Don't let your phone exit the screen or lock when in the waiting room. Thanks Dr. Li!

I had to start over 3 times trying to get in line. The app couldn't "connect" to my BCBS insurance and there is no way to enter a secondary insurance so I ended up paying cash! The visit lasted 5 minutes, I needed a Dr. Note for work, never got one. No way to contact anyone as sending a message wouldn't work and neither would the contact #. Got an email the following day with No answered to questions never asked. The doctor was polite but spent a whole 5 minutes talking to me. Won't use again

Queued for more than two hours to speak with a doctor as this service is currently recommended instead of in person visits. Doctor was dismissive and rushed, asked me if I'd just like some antibiotic (?!) without a care if I actually needed it or not. I was then told to see my primary as they couldn't preform an exam, temperature blood pressure etc over the internet therefore couldn't give me any advice. What then, is the purpose of this service?

Wow this is an amazing app! Got the Rx I need while on break at work. I have been letting my symptoms go on for weeks simply because I couldnt get away from work but this allowed me to meet with a doctor in only about 10 min from my phone! Amazing technology and so thankful for it. A suggestion would be that the assistant who asks "do you have any questions " should make it clear what question they can address. They never responded when I asked for clarity. Revolutionary app! Well done!

Fully awesome and thorough. does not replace a person to person but it saves me time with more common things and now i dont have to go to urgent care and run the risk of catching something different.

This app is great. I got to see what doctors were available and how many people were waiting for them. I then chose who I wanted to see or just next available. Was quick and easy.

I'm luck enough to have insurance cover the full cost of these visits. That + the convenience of being able to take care of minor and or contagious conditions without having to leave home is pretty unbeatable.

I love the ability to connect with a provider from anywhere. The app is super easy to use and have never had any performance issues.

It is easy to use but it feels like the drs on there will just tell you it's in your head and to take vitamins. They won't even refill medication that you have already taken. Good luck finding a Dr anywhere to treat you for anything!!!

I am a BlueCrossBlueShieldofAZ member and this has to be the best idea insurance companies have come up with especially during a global pandemic. I've used their app a few times and it was a piece of cake... easy. Highly recommend.

Audio barely works, most of the time either my family or I have used it the doctors are less than helpful and have told us to see someone in person don't waste the money on the copay. They can't treat what they advertise, useless service waste of time.

Timesaver! I've used this app for myself and kids, it's extremely easy. The doctor is always available (might have to wait 5 min or so if someone else is being treated before your call) beats having to wait uncomfortably with a bunch of sick people at an urgent care or ER. No "hidden fees" everything is explained in the Terms up front. Plug in your insurance card info and it gives your med record to the Dr. Best invention ever!

Did not connect, tried 2 different network connections along with 3 different appointment attempts from the doctor. Opened a case and they said services were down. Giving 2 stars for good phone customer service.

This is my second time using the app and the providers have been exceptional!! They have provided excellent service and both were very polite.

It has worked flawlessly for me and helped facilitate seeing my doctors when and how I need to. I scheduled an appointment to take place during my work hours so there was no loss in hours or productivity.
