First impressions are that the app and the documentation are both a little over-complicated. Setting up recurring payments as "reminders" seems a bit odd and it took a while to get rid of the features I don't need. There are a few glitches which appear if you don't do things in the expected order - foreign currency payments sometimes revert to the default currency, and it is possible to create "ghost" transactions if you don't set up categories right. Online sync didn't work on Android 11.
There's no sync. I updated everything via my phone, hit sync, went to my tablet and nope. I had to hit back/restore for my tablet to be updated. That is bad. My premium licence took like 2 days be synced over, when setting you the budget, there's a bug that doesn't keep the value if I add the classification. I need to edit it just to add the value that disappeared. The lack on sync is enough to request my money back if I have no return on this.
The very first app that I paid for lol. No regrets at all. Though, I encountered problem importing transactions. The dates are swapped even if I selected the right format before uploading. Well, I just set up the balances based on the previous money manager app I used. Overall, I'm very satisfied. As an accountant, I'm very particular with the reports and this app offers a lot of relevant reports. I love the UI also. Great job to the developers! 👏
An excellent app to record and categorize for expense and budget planning. Includes income against expenses and basic personal cashflow projections. For a complete ADHD screw up like me this app is intuitive and fun to use. It helps me significantly in placing structure around my finances and impulsive behaviors. I paid for the enhanced version and it was easily a great value. Thanks to the developers.
Its mostly ok but it doesn't do well with adjusting to irregular salary dates (can't start a fiscal month based on salary) or making adjustment to scheduled payment items (you've got to adjust every transaction or reminder and not just the parent item). It would be great to see these improvements included.
This app is very good. But there are some things I wished it had to make it perfect. I would like to have an option to convert currencies for a transaction, i.e. If want to transfer the equivalent of USD X in VES, I would like to be able to set USD X and have the app show the resulting amount in VES. I also believe there is a bug related to the scheduled expenses/incomes. When I set the income/expense in USD, the resulting balance in the account is shown in USD, even if the account is set in VES
After the update In creating mew transaction, I have to click the amount field and there's lots of hassle when the field is not empty, there are times where instead of highlighting all the "0.00" I press in between where I have to bother and delete the whole amount. It's a lot better is the field is empty. Pls.... Also the push notifications stopped working except the first time I reinstalled it. I really the beauty of that feature so it's a waste that it stopped working
I find the app easy to use and well organized. Only issue thus far is that I cannot share images added to entries. It makes it challenging to use the app for expense reports. Tried writing to support but didn't get a response. Otherwise great app!
Took a little while to sus out but once I mastered the workings and set up my own personal categories it was easier to understand and use. I really like the predictions and graphs which in turn helps me to stay green, or in the black rather in the red. I bought the premium pack as the adverts were a little annoying when they started flooding through after a few days of use, infact I typed a wrong amount into the algorithm just trying to cancel one of the ads.
Amazing app. I have been using this for almost a year now. The only feature i would like is to be able to have transfers show up as expenses and incomes for the respective accounts when viewing account filtered graphs.
Tried around 10 similar apps last few months , this is the best by far. Rating 4 stars as it still doesn't match AnMoney versatility and ease of use. The SMS capture stopped working and there is no payee manager. Forcast at account level only , support is not as responsive as claimed.
Really liked it. Thought i think it needs some more dynamism between some functionalities. And some guides thrown at me so i better explore all its functionalities. Very good but as space to grow.
I purchased the full version 2 years ago every once in a while I get you must upgrade to fill version to use this feature and it's supposed to be ad free when you purchase the full version and I still get ads every once in a while also..... Once again it's now 2022 the above review after 2 years after I purchased the app in 2018 for $7 I began getting ads then they went away now 4 yrs later the ads are once again popping up in 2022 if you don't want to honor the purchase agreement I will sue
I was using an old app called anmoney which was comprehensive and met all my personal finance management needs. But the app broke after the most recent Android update and I am happy to report that this app meets and exceeds all my requirements. A heavy user will appreciate advanced options like split transactions, multi currency support, ability to have positive/ negative expenses to record refunds etc. It's these smaller details which show how promising and robust this app is. Recommended!
It took a while getting used to since I prefer toshl layout but the way they tutored us and the tools many freebies and components got the things I needed done without getting anxiety where did the money go. Great job just need more personal editing on the dashboard for this who did not want to have many information. Gotten used to it now and really helps see where your money goes amd other additional things that helps me manage my money
Had been using this app for years now. Really reliable and easy to use plus it is up-to-date with cryptocurrencies as a notion. Would really look forward to where this app will go. Still hoping that they will release a website or Windows app version soon!
Overall app is quite useful, wish it has some shortcut to see the amount of money in cash, bank account, etc. If it already has, it's not intuitive as it should.
The app has good features, but it keeps reverting to the standard version even though I've paid for the premium, ad-free version. Restarting the app does not always solve the problem.
I only just set this up today -- with my data from a different app I've been using; already, this one's better! Multiple accounts, running balance, the ability to reconcile transactions that have cleared my bank account, budgeting -- this does it all! The interface is pleasant. No complaints. Thank you for a great app that I'm sure will help me manage my money.
This is the best app on playstore for managing money. But it has two really important feature missing which I think must be there: 1. There is only an option to setup your budget either group wise or category wise. There is no option set up an overall budget. Overall budget only stays the sum of individual category/group budgets. You can't increase or decrease it. 2. While adding a transaction, there should be an option to exclude the transaction for your expense or income reports.
It was a great app but since the last updates, it has way too many ads than makes it really ugly and tiring to use. Time to switch to another one.
The best app for personal finance in the market. I have it from July 2020 and till then I am better aware with my incomes and outcomes, and my whole financial status at the moment. For all this time with everyday use I never had any problems with the app, even that I am using the free version. I mange to change devices and plan to buy the premium upgrade soon. Thanks to the developers, keep up with your great work!
Great app I just bought the premium version and it's a very well developed application. If the team could refine the standing standing order feature that would be great
I've been using this app for about 5 years to manage my money. It's great. I find the easy to read data is very helpful motivation wise. Its greatly customisable so depending on your finances can take a moment to set up. The app has the ability to read messages from a specific contact and my bank can send messages so importing data is so easy. It's all stored on the device but you do have the option of uploading the cvs to Google cloud.
