Being generous with 2. I was only able to sign up because I was smart enough to get around the terrible UX. No useful error when the user id I used was taken, made it look like the app was broken. The send id card screen reads the characters I entered Backwards. Ha! I can't screenshot an ID card, it saves as a black screen. It doesn't remember my login info so I have to remember/re-type it every time. That's just the problems I found in 5 minutes. Do you even have QA?

Terrible user experience. Kicked out all the time. Many times it will not allow to view card, ect..

Much like other users, I rarely get past the login screen, and it can't remember my login info. Using the full desktop site on the phone is less cumbersome than using the app.

I too get the oops something went wrong error after logging in. Shows my info for 5 seconds then crashes.

Keeps crashing and closing right after logging me into my account. Get the same Oops message other users report getting. Pulls my info, but only visible for 1-2 seconds.

We switch from HP to BCBS recently and I have to say BCBS your app is way behind the curve. Your scan card option doesn't work, you login page can't see the text boxes to login, and why haven't you enabled fingerprint option to login faster? These are pretty basic code deployments that should be tested on all platforms and phone versions before you roll it out to an app store. Pick up the pace please!

I cannot log into the app for the past few days (2/8/21). As of January 2021, the app still doesn't offer biometric login. Every time the app is updated, I have to manually log in again. Click Call button does not launch the phone call function, instead a message is displayed asking to call the number on the back of the card.

Worst app ever. Could not reset password. Timed out whe When I was still doing things and now I'm hung searching for a doctor.

Does not recognize my info when trying to sign up for app. Triple checked. It automatically removes the first 3 letters from my ID#. Unsure if this is what is causing the issue. This needs to be fixed... i really just want to see a counselor and was hoping this would make it easier to find one..

App fails upon login, gives error: "Oops, something went wrong. Sorry the app ran into a problem" and the only option is to log in again. This is an infinite loop for me so this app is unusable.

Crashes after login. Waste of time

UNUSABLE Login button does absolutely nothing. Attempt to manually enter info sends you back to non-functional login button. Scan card function crashes the app. Can not access my account at ALL!! Cannot believe that such an awful app exists for something that so many people need!! UPGRADE ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY!!

This app can't get the basics right with logging in. You can't see what you type when attempting to login, no finger print login and no way to save login info. These things still haven't been addressed even though most of the reviews call out this. It's sad that the most important app needed is the worst to use.

I can't give it zero stars or I would! It worked not that long ago, but Now it opens and you're not getting any further than that! So for whatever reason it no longer works, it renders this app utterly useless! And unless there's an update that fixes it so you can actually use it, I'm gonnA UNINSTALL it and free up some space.

Logging in and signing up is super buggy making it very frustrating. Also, it doesn't retain credentials so have to re-enter every time you open app. It's quite a waste of time at this point.

Worthless, waste of time and effort. Started hours ago and still not able to log in. Email links fail to be able to verify email address. Most difficult app I have ever encountered. BXBS should get with it or forget it. I will delete app.

I have my username and password saved in LastPass, so in know my password is correct. The app won't let me login. if ib try to create an account, it tells me that i already have an account created. I let it go for a few days, then tried again. Now it says it has locked my account for security reasons and i have to call customer service. I shouldn't have to do anything to get an app like this to work.

I set up my sharecare account and it is still logging me in after three hours on my phone. I'm working on getting things for step tracking and other such items. All it is doing is spinning. This is anoying, I don't have all night to get this to work. But this is the health insurance we have at work now.

First off I have never written a review here before. I feel compelled to do so now. This is the worst most frustrating app I have yet encountered. There is no way to even engage with it. If I could rate it a - 5 l would be more than delighted to do so. Save yourself major frustration and high blood pressure, just skip this app.

A frustrating app.... loses my location so I need to keep telling it where to search. The search fails or thinks I'm far away from my actual location. Constantly logs me off and no option to save credentials.

This app is trash. The map never works, information is outdated, and while I am trying to find an emergency room, it keeps crashing and making me log in and start my search over again. Please get your act together.

This app is terrible. I can't even sign up for my account. I know I entered the correct info with my physical card being directly in front of me. Trying to scan the card immediately crashes the app. Despite my severe social anxiety I'd still rather call someone then deal with this nonsense. Not worth the trouble. Uninstalling.

Everytime I click login the app crash.

This app is barely functional. I wouldn't be able to recommend it. It needs work in every area. I can't access my child prescriptions lists compare prices for their meds or even see the claims separated per family member the lump everything togther it's a aweful build. Lots to improve. Only thing that works is digital medical card. the medical card doesn't even work any more. it's atrocious

The app never allows me to login. I can login to the website no problem. If it does accept the login, which is rare, it just stays on a never ending loading screen.

It kept running into errors when I was signing up. After telling me halfway through the process that there was an error, I would have to start from scratch and that's really frustrating.

Log on can see info, then white screen. Thought this was going to make getting info quicker.. believe it or not.. its faster to just call them and be put on hold for 20 minutes. Tried Uninstal and install again. Frustrating... stare at a wall instead you will have sucess.

It didn't even work. The login button doesn't work at all. Attempting to scan my card crashes the app every time. I wasn't able to access anything at all in the app.

Hard to use... Poorly designed.

Would be nice if it saved your login information or at least user name, or ability to utilize fingerprint login. After switching phones, I'm unable to login to app. The launch screen never changes when trying to select login.
