I managed to connect to my ps3 with no problems and yes I was able to control the ps3's homescreen with this app, keyboard was also accessible but when I put a game disc in, and play a game, and open the homescreen while in game to send a my friend's messages, it wont work. I noticed its only useable when ur on home screen and not when playing a game. The only reason I would want an app like this is to control the keyboard while in game, this would make it easier for us to type & reply while playing online

I have to start off by saying that the app is indeed great. Extremely handy to take full control of your PS3 (I have a phatboy). Works with stock release of Android, but will NOT work with custom roms. Because custom roms are not endorsed or supported by Google, it should not be a negative against the app. The issue is only that support is poor altogether from the developer's end. That is why the 3 stars. Support is a must in this day and age if you are charging for a product or service.

I love this app. I have one problem with it. Why does my ps3 go auto off even when I'm selecting shows and obviously using a "remote" to navigate. I do not have this problem with my actual controller. But I like using this app instead of the controller. Especially since I use my controller on six axis and constantly had to keep changing my BT address. So I have to get up and eject a disc. No biggy just inconvenient. Fix and 5stars

I downloaded this app in hope of being able to pair it as a bluetooth headset to my ps3 (so i can use my own wired headphones, my ear cannot handle the bluetooth headsets) if you implement that, you'll have a unique feature and your app will be worth my money! I rated 2 stars to get the attention of the dev

Asks for root, but the permission list doesn't say it needs root. Won't work with ads blocked. The other reviews are true, if you give it root it will uninstall your ad blocker! (by modifying the hosts file). Horrible software practice. Wish I could rate 0. The developer has ensured that I will never buy his app now.

But I can't get it to work with hulu , or any games yet. It really doesn't deserve four stars but every review i've seen here has been made by an idiot so this is me feeling bad.

This is an incredible app. It does everything I wanted it to and more except for one little thing. There is no "PS" button. I still nearly rated it 5 stars because of the features and ease of use, but the lack of a "PS" button just eats at me. Oh yeah, I use a galaxy tab 3, stock rom, rooted. Nothing special and this worked fast and easily with very little set up. No lag. No problems. Don't pay attention to the idiots who either didn't root their device or can't read directions.

Quick install and set up. Is working perfectly. Really great app. - was my initial review along with 5*. Since it doesn't work at all now, I have uninstalled and given 2 stars. Unless you have no other competitors, I will be waiting for a fix. Otherwise, I have now moved to your best rates competition. Capitalism hurts. Especially when no capital is involved.

So I downloaded and installed this app as I had something similar on my iphone. I tried sending a message over PSN only to find that I cant enter some of the basic special characters including but not limited to : ? # $ @ : Standard A-Z characters are fine but anything more than this and it fails miserably. Also, the free version doesnt run with an ad blocker enabled. So you have to run it with ads or buy the Pro version. I would be fine with buying Pro IF it worked properly. Hence my rating of 3 stars. I knocked off 1 star for lack of functionality and the other for not allowing the use of an ad blocker. If the first issue is fixed then I will happily upgrade my rating.

Works wonderfully with my RAZR Maxx. Only complaint so far is the mouse pad feature isn't the easiest control as the cursor continues sliding a bit after use, but perfect for my needs nonetheless.

Would not work on any custom 4.2.2 roms I tried. Cm10.1.2 fail. SlimBean 7 fail. Resorted to stock root invisiblek rom and it worked like a charm. 4 stars only because there is no ps button to quit an app. But its awesome. I no longer have to worry about my kids losing my remote. Easy to connect. ***Does anyone know if the paid version contains more features?***

FINALLY someone made a REAL bluetooth HID input device app for Android. I can't tell you how much better it is not to need to download and install extra crap to make those "other" apps work. Couldn't get it working with Windows 7, but as advertised, PS3, Linux, and if I remember right osx also worked. I was also able to use my phone as an input for my tablet AND vice versa, so it looks like Windows 7 is the odd man out (probably implemented incorrectly). Thanks awesome dev!

Tried several different Roms, and the last one was cyanogenmod (which I'm currently using) as is suggested by the app many times. Still get the error where it is not compatible with my devices Bluetooth stack. Hope there is an update that takes care of this. Really want this to work.

Yes there are many limitations (root, firmware and device), but when it works, it's almost magic! Nothing special to do on the controlled computer, I can type letters and move the cursor, amazing! Great work Berserker, I'm definitely gonna get the non-free version.

Wasted a day attempting to make it work on Galaxy Player 5.0 As others have said BD appears abandoned Asked/got refund.

App simply doesn't work. It requires root access to your device so it doesn't even try to connect to my PS3. Theres not even a log in the program showing it tries. It just shows a bunch of ads. Poor execution of an idea with great potential, I'd give 0 stars if I could. Shame on a developer who thinks I'll allow his "fly by night" app root access.....

Needs PS button. Auto-start when selecting BT device. Fix unsupported keys. Fix custom layout size on HD resulutions. Somehow custom BT name of my PS3 does not show. In playtime, X and O button don't seem to work. Perhaps add a Sony BD remote layout. I'm using it on Xperia Z.
