BlueStar had contacted me directly with the problem I had with the app crashing. Their customer service was very patient and efficient. Thank you everything is working perfectly

The app doesn't launch on my new phone. I have the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra. So frustrating.

This is a great tool for recording my diabetes states. The only two downsides is the way you have to record blood pressure, sliding scale instead of inputting my numbers, and having a lot of saying and stuff when I save my numbers. I don't care about Budda or any of that other stuff. I want to know about my numbers. I need to correct my review. BlueStar does not have a sliding scale for recording Blood pressure. I was referencing a different app. So the only thing I don't like is the messages. A few months ago the blue star app quit working. It starts to open and then backs out completely. After several emails to blue star I stopped using it. I cannot uninstall and reinstall because I need a special code from CUNA but I am now in Texas and my wife retired from CUNA. It was good while it lasted.

Don't waste your time with this app. If you are using a Dexcom CGM get the Dexcom Clarity app; it has better reporting (if this app has any significant reporting I've yet to find it), doesn't delay BG readings by 3 hours, doesn't make me sit thru 3 repeats of the splash screen, doesn't nag me with email about getting BG readings entered manually (when it should be picking those up from Dexcom)- luckily you can turn off the email nag. Oh, and it doesn't play very well with Google Fit.

I have been using this app for about 2 years now and it's a great and easy way to track blood sugar results. There is also a feature that let's you scan food bar codes so you can make better decisions about the food being consumed. I recently received assistance from Lena and she was absolutely amazing! She resolved my issue and was a great pleasure to chat with. She is an asset to your team/company and deserves a promotion and a raise!! Thank you Lena!

As a t1 diabetic, this app has impressed me. I can connect multiple types of glucose monitors, keep track of my meds, insulin, meals, nutrition, sleep, exercise etc. It's a great tool to use with your doctor and has so many other features that are very customizable and easy to use.

This app constantly closes, and then you need to uninstall and reinstall to get it to work on LG5 cell phone. This has been going on for years now. I've complained for years to BlueStar and still the lisp program hasn't been straighted out to work properly.

Since installing this app. it has helped so much in not only tracking my progress, but also it has helped me to stay more focused with controlling my diabetes. I also want to give kudos to the BlueStar customer service staff, especially Leena. Whenever I've had an issue they have always had an answer. They are extremely knowledgeable, friendly and always very professional. Many yhanks to BlueStar and it's staff.. Felix Gonzalez

it is a great tool to help you with your Diabetes but it is heard to get the meter to contact to my phone . It shows it is connected but it won't transfer information

I have been a diabetic for over 20 years lately I have been feeling like I need a refreshment course I came across this app after receiving a letter from my insurance company after going through it and previewing it I was very satisfied there was some really good information and it's always good to refresh some of the things that you may have forgotten over time I feel like I am ready to get back on track and start over

When I open the app on my Galaxy S8 phone it sometimes freezes my phone. I get a black screen. In order to unfreeze the phone I must restart the phone.

It asks me for an "access code" when I try to run it, but there is no indication whatsoever where to get said access code. For that reason I cannot use the app, therefore I give the app an "It stinks - can't even use it" rating.😭

Very easy to follow. Great way to monitor and track your eating habits and diabetes levels daily.

I like this app, for the most part! I just wish it would let me add the supplements I am taking in an effort to control my blood sugar instead of just their list of medications.

After reinstalling and skipping connecting to Samsung Health, I got the app to work. In the future I will be getting Dexcom and I am really excited about it. I chose Dexcom because of Bluestone Diabetes.

Tracks my records and lets me email a pdf to whoever I need to. If using Bluetooth items supported by app makes tracking easy.

I initially had problems with this app syncing with my dexcom g6 but tech support was able to finally resolve the issue and it's working now and logging my readings.

I am having trouble downloading this application it is not working. I am trying to help my mom, and this has been very frustrating that it has been waiting to download then kicks here out. I come the next day and start all over again.

It helps me monitor what I eat my blood pressure, my glucose,and my medications, my exercise,and sleep patterns. Bluestar Diabetes is excellent agents available,and it also sends your reports to your doctor.

Very helpful as an educational tool, a data collection tool, and a persistent prod to "stick with the program. '

This app is without any doubt the very best for any diabetic to use. You enter the information without having to fight any Entry problems.

I used this program until it was canceled by Samsung Health. It really helped me manage my type II. I am covered by Medicare and Tricare for Life. Am I able to get an access number so I can start using this app?

This app has helped me stay on track and learn more about this disease and my body and meds. I've lost 45 lbs and feel much better.

This is very handy to monitor what I eat and how my blood sugar responds to different foods. Using it to track blood glucose is helpful and your customer service is right on

"Patient Auth" verbiage says I can refuse without affecting app performance, but I HAVE to accept (via the checkbox) to access the app. So, how does that work??

Since last update it would sync with my meter. It wont allow me to enter 2 blood glucose reading or 2 activities

I love BlueStar. I like the courses that they have, they are very useful. And it works well with your Doctor.

this app is what I had been looking for in assisting me in my self care for type 2 diabetes. I can't think of anything that they missed!
