Bluetooth Auto Connect

Bluetooth Auto Connect is a solution to your bluetooth connection problems. It automatically tries to connect to your Bluetooth devices when Bluetooth has been turned on or when your device screen goes on.First, connect and pair with your Bluetooth device manually (this is a requirement) and then just turn off and on Bluetooth (or leave Bluetooth on and turn the screen on) and it will auto connect.

Was a great app. Now serves intrusive ads. A pity because it made up for many of the shortcomings of Bluetooth. Certain combinations of Bluetooth devices just are not that good at reconnecting after, for example, going out or range and then back in again. If you are having that sort of issue, you should try this app. Also, sometimes, using one pair of headphones with more than one phone (for example) does not work terribly well - resulting in frequent re-pairing.

I had the problem of connecting to a Bluetooth receiver that was plugged into the auxiliary port of my car's stereo. The device would not connect automatically and so I had to drill down into my settings to the Bluetooth settings every time I wanted to connect my phone to the stereo system. I was looking for an app that would let me tap on an icon on the screen to manually connect but found this instead and it is exactly what I needed but didn't know I needed! My phone sits on my dashboard on a wireless charging base. So I simply turn on my receiver and start the car. As soon as the app detects the phone going on charge it sorts through my list of paired devices and tries to connect to each of them. In seconds it has found my car receiver and connects to it with no further input from me. This also works for the Bluetooth boombox on my bedside when I plug my phone in to charge at night.

This app was great until I updated it. Now everything is talking about pro and some of the features I used to use are now pay only. I wouldn't even mind that so much if the app worked at all, but now it doesn't even connect my headphones. I guess I need to find a new app for automatic Bluetooth connection, because "Bluetooth Auto Connect" ain't it! How ironic 🙄

This used to be a great app. It added functionality that in my opinion is essential, and should be included as standard in Android. I've used it for years with no problem, but the last update includes bundled adware. I'm presented with ads every time I unlock my device, and sadly this app is the culprit. I've not had time to decompile the apk, but I'm uninstalling immediately.

This app used to do as advertised, and it was great. I stopped using it for a year or two, but kept it installed just in case. Suddenly, I started getting random advertisements and my browser would open itself and direct to pages with more ads, sometimes with loud audio. Took me quite a while to find out this app was the culprit; you don't even need to open it for adware to take over your phone. Completely worthless trash now.

I got this app almost a year ago in order to help me play with my Wireless Controller. It worked well. But, then what it would do is take forever to connect to the device I wanted to connect to. It would start connecting to other devices that weren't around and I wouldn't be able to connect to the device I wanted. And more recently, this app has started giving out pop-up ads at random times that will interrupt your phone usage. Uninstalling it made Bluetooth easier and got rid of the ads.

This app is special. It is the only app I've ever HATED. The ads it generates are extremely annoying and are difficult to determine what is generating them. With today's phones, I don't see a reason to use it anyway since Bluetooth connects just fine without it. If you started getting pop-up ads recently and can't determine where they came from, try uninstalling this app.

I used this app a lot because my phone wouldn't automatically connect to my car after having connected to my wireless headphones. Since a few days ago, it started displaying ads on the phone home screen which is an absolute no-go. I can live with ads in an app interface but this is straight up adware. Hope the dev got enough money from this stupid move because they're about to lose a ton of users.

I've used Bluetooth auto connect for years. It worked sporadically and seems to have gotten worse over time. Sometimes it would be 15-30 minutes before it noticed a new connection. I'd pretty much given up on it but it was free. Then it moved to a subscription model. I couldn't imagine paying monthly for something that worked so poorly, and now they went to full screen ads when you unlock your phone? Made the decision to uninstall very, very easy.

Very intrusive ads outside of the app. Comes up out of nowhere. Took me a while to figure out where it's coming from. Since I found out it's Bluetooth Auto Connect, uninstalled the app straight away. I agree with ads within the app, but when you face bombardment with random ads taking whole screen when using navigation app in busy city centre, that's totally unacceptable. If you are thinking to use this app - don't even bother installing it!

I installed the app because I just recently bought wireless headphones and needed to pair them with my phone. I was very pleased that there is an auto connection. Also, when the bluetooth on the headphones is turned off, then an automatic shutdown occurs. I was glad that one of the devices can be made a priority. There were no connection problems.

I wanted an app that would connect to multiple Bluetooth devices depending what I was doing. It seemed to work for a while. Recently, I've had to disconnect and reconnect to several times to get it to stay on. Then suddenly, I have to joy of unlocking my phone and being greeted with A FULL SCREEN AD. What's worse as it will come up with the alarm in the morning. I know they have to make their money, but hijacking my phone like this is not ok. Deleted and reviewed. Don't download if you hate ads.

A very cool and useful application with simple and convenient interfaces. The application itself is not difficult to figure out, the settings are available to everyone. Recently I bought myself a bluetooth speaker for parties and this application was very useful. It connects quickly and operates over a long distance, which is very convenient. Recommend this app to everyone

Just deleted this app. I can't remember installing it so it could have been the culprit for full screen ads that were randomly appearing. When I saw reviews reflecting the same problem I had, it was a sensible suspect to delete. Not seen a full page as since. I had rebooted in safe mode and checked for unfamiliar ads. The name of this app is not suspicious, but I assume Bluetooth is a function of the main OS and shouldn't need a separate app.

Yep. It allows me to automate connection to Internet via Bluetooth. I use Llama, but it misses option to enable specific profile. The only thing I miss now is to enable Bluetooth tethering automatically. P.S. I accidentally clicked on run app (my sensor is buggy) and I can not see any way to disable it (run no apps). After I added sound of connecting I noticed that when it connects to device it repeatedly plays that sound and together with auto-starting app that I cannot disable it renders phone unusable.

Works great. I was going to return my Bluetooth device. However, after a bit of reading up on how the software side of Bluetooth works, I searched for something that could force the phone to reconnect once back in range. This was first result and it works wonders once both devices back in range/ interference source is turned off. Will not improve range or signal strength. Will not automatically resume playback. Thank you. Its even free and without ads! edit advanced->retry count higher

When it's working it's a good app. However regardless of how the options are set, it tries to reconnect continuously. The notifications if are active or not it doesn't make any difference; the notification icon is shown. Sometimes it just doesn't connect the devices, even if they are in range and visible. Overall the idea behind it is very good and useful, but it still needs a lot of work.

Mic. P. Jul 6, 2020

No longer something I can recommend. It recently just started creating full page ads when I unlock my phone (not just ads when actively using the app). As I used to really appreciate this app, I would certainly have bought a reasonably priced premium version without ads. However, instead of a reasonable 1-time price, premium requires a subscription that isn't realistic for what this tiny app does. Uninstalled.

There were problems with the smart watch. This application helped me connect my smart watch to my phone and set it up for use. Everything turned out to be very easy and understandable to configure. If you have problems connecting your smartphone to bluetooth gadgets and devices, then I recommend this application to you, download and you will not regret it.

Does not work at all on my Samsung S7 edge. I have two audio devices and simply want to always make sure one takes priority over the other but it never does. I also tried calling this from Tasker and it never works. Manually trying to disconnect, or connect, the device does nothing. I am getting a Note 10, maybe it will work with that. if so I will upgrade this review.

Pretty much right after I bought a year long subscription to the pro features, they added really intrusive adware, even for subscribers. And looking at the others reviews, they offer no explanation, just a copy/paste response, meaning they don't even care about their users. The program worked really well, and was pretty much the only way I could use certain controllers, but this adware is unacceptable.

Perrrrrfect. This app is literally exactly what I needed. I love my smartwatch, but it seems to disconnect whenever it wants to for no reason without attempting to reconnect. This app works perfectly to make sure the watch is reconnected immediately with me having to do it manually. Thank you so much!! If I could leave 10 stars I would! 😁

What is the point?? My phone *already* auto-connects to my Bluetooth devices. This app is *supposed* to allow my phone to pick different profiles for the different devices I try to connect so I can fix latency and other issues. But it doesn't work, it doesn't fix anything. Maybe it's Samsung just being trash, but my S9 does not get any benefit from this app.

Wonderful!! I have been using a similar app that has been discontinued several years ago. I had it's apk file so i could side load it but it finally stopped working on Android 10. Then I came across 'Bluetooth Auto Connect'. It does everything I needed: turn BT on when a call comes in so it could connect to my car. It will disconnect after leaving the car or turning off my BT headphones. Saves battery and keeps my device secured by helping me keep BT off until I need it.

I, like several other users I see, have been happily using this app for quite a while then recently began seeing random full page ads. I looked up how to remove those ads. This app came up as a high possibility. Lo and behold, when I looked at this app to think about uninstalling it I am not the only one extremely unhappy with this new development. I just installed this offending app. Bad form, Bluetooth Auto Connect, bad form.
